The women working the front desk here are very organized and professional. It always smells nice and clean in this clinic. Our vet, Marissa, has helped us tackle every issue that has come our way and always offers multiple possible solutions. When I have additional questions, I am always helped happily over the phone as well. I feel like my pup is incredibly well taken care of here!

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the older receptionist at the front. My wife went in to get dry food for our cats, and the old bag had the audacity to try and push an old order of wet food that was meant for our recently deceased kitty. Once she realized how grossly inappropriate her comment was, she embarrassingly ran to the back, like the cowardly small person she is. Would never go there again after that experience. **edit* What a pitiful attempt to cover your tracks in your reply. Okay so this is what you are going to write. My wife did contact you before coming in to say that we no longer needed the food on order due to our pet passing away. Unfortunately you would have been stuck with the food anyways as our cat had passed away between the time of ordering that food and it being received in your clinic. Once my wife was in the clinic to pay the balance for the food we had already picked up and to pick up the dry food we had for our other pets a different receptionist had said she still owed for the wet food on the account from the order. My wife being patient as she is said that she had already spoken to someone previously about that order stating we would not be needing it. She made it clear that she already confirmed our pet had passed away and was upset that the record keeping was not done to standard and now the consequences are she is having to repeat an already horrible situation by going over again about our now deceased little one. At this point the receptionist handling the situation was very gracious and apologetic. My wife was very understanding and forgiving. Your other receptionist who I believe to be as Brenda stepped into this conversation having not been a part of it and chose to tell my wife and her words exactly that they can't send this food back you understand we are stuck with it. This is unacceptable. For you to justify keeping a receptionist who has had complaints against her already without perhaps providing her with the right education to bedside manner and client care shows just how much you must care for the clients in your care. Your tolerance and her awful work ethic in this solidifies even us recommending others to take their pets to more suitable establishments. GET ON IT

The vets at this clinic are amazing however it’s very unfortunate that their front end is so bad. Every time I’ve gone to this clinic I’ve asked what the price will be over the phone and every time it has been different once my visit was over, even for a simple yearly check. The receptionist Brenda is very rude, and when she does not know something she just guesses. I was trying to make an appointment about my dogs rabies vaccine, she told me something would not be possible, then I asked her to double check, turns out it is possible and very easy. I will not be going back to this clinic simply for the misinformation that their receptionist spews and how much harder she makes a simple appointment.

I rushed my baby kitten into the clinic and they were very compassionate and understanding when I brought my baby kitten into see them. I didn't have an appointment but they took care of her right away and got her on medication. Unfortuantly she was too little to fight it off and passed away 4 days later.. They called me to check up on her and when I told them she just past away there were very compassionate, understanding and gave me there heart felt condolences.. They also sent me a brochure so that I could see what they had to offer for cremation and urns for my precious little angel. I highly recommend that you take your pet there because they are the most compassionate loving caring people I have ever met...

Dr. Nicole was so informative on my cat (Peppers) issues! The staff were kind and extremely helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the best care taken of their furry friends!! Oh and did I mention she was also sensitive to my minor anxiety about having to leave my pet there for a day. So comforting and the staff followed up with me to ensure Peppers issue had improved! Great service!

No emergency service whatsoever. Don't bother calling after hours, just head straight for the emergency clinic in Sherwood Park or Edmonton. They really should just stick to treating farm animals. Would give zero stars if it were possible.

Brought my cat there wasn't sure what was wrong he had been sick for several days they did x-rays which were expensive but was needed to find out the problem in the end we left with a prescription and my little guy is all right now but would be nice if their rates were a little cheaper considering there are a lot of low income families

They are always great towards me and my animals. I have two very strange cats that eat chocolate and anything else. They have treated them everytime, including get my one male cat neutered. He had a speedy recovery. Very welcoming and never make you feel like you don't have an option with treatments.

We have had great experiences here in the past. However, this time around we have found that the service was not great. We have had to call numerous times for the same issue without hearing anything back. While I understand it can be busy, the issue with my dog is quite serious. It would have been nicer to see better communication and faster response time to our issues.

The treatments they provide always work and my bills are always much lower than what other vets have charged in the past. I plan on continuing to bring my dog here for the foreseeable future.

We Found them to be Very Helpful and understanding . We Have Lost 3 in the last 9 Months 2 this month alone. And All were there. Let Me Clarify this it was Each individual issues None Were Caused by The Clinic. It was just Where we Went. Just Had To Clarify. At First i was mixed about it ill be honest if heard a lot However in Seeing For ourselves that Changed For Me . Im a bit of a Mama Bear cause our Animals are my Children. And they are very Understanding of that . While there is only one Doctor i am Iffy about and thats just my personal feeling but on a whole we Are Happy with them . Absolute Full Confidence in Dr Jamie Whiting and Dr Brown she May Just have Been there that day unsure However i wont let one iffy experience sour me as its a hard time for my family And i believe whats important to remember is vets are Human beings too and there at All Stages of a pets life even the end and they may Have to do that with one and go straight to helping another with no time inbetween for themselves even a min So Perhaps a bit of rememberance of that may go along way . Just a thought

THE BEST staff I could work with. First time I had to bring my cat to the vet, and they were with me every step of the way. They assured me that they would do everything they could to make her better (which they did), they made her feel comfortable, and they even did a follow up call a week later to see how she was doing. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They refused to treat my dog in an emergency situation after she ingested mouse poison while visiting my mom's house. I was forced to rush her an hour and a half away to get her seen by another vetinarian. Absolutely disgusting, do not recommend!!!
