I've been renting with Niagara Student Housing for about 8 months now, and I've had a wonderful time living here. It's very convenient living so close to the college. David and Jackie are outstanding landlords and go out their way to help you. Their properties are well-maintained and clean. I also had the opportunity to work for David, moving and replacing furniture. I really appreciate the lengths that David and Jackie go to make their tenants happy. I would highly recommend Niagara Student Housing to any student looking for housing

With places all around the college, you cannot beat the locations. David has been doing student rentals for a LONG time and is good at it. Houses are very well maintained, up to code, very safe, with internet and some are even furnished! He doesn’t put up with nonsense.

It is his second year in the house. The landlords are outstanding ppl Who care for their property, the community and you children. I like the fact the each home has video surveillance to make sure my boy is safe in and arriving all NSH houses

I’ve been living at NSH since 2018. The house is kept in very good conditions and security is always improving. They use the communication channels to keep in touch with students. The landlords are very pleasant and available. The location is close to main bus routes, Niagara College and entertainment in the region. I recommend it.

It's clear that Dave and Jackie really care about their students. As a parent, I especially appreciated that every basement bedroom had an egress window - full size and not just the minimum requirement. Charlotte in the office was great to deal with and I really appreciated the responsiveness and flexibility. Highly recommend!

David and Jackie are great landlords, and I stayed with them for the entirety of my program length (3+) at Niagara College. I felt safe living there, and because I had expensive equipment in my room I wanted a place where I didn't have to worry. The internet was fast and they always emailed before making a visit. Every summer the houses are cleaned and inspected. If I were a student again I'd go through NSH.

I've been living in Niagara Student Housing for 2 years now, the living conditions are fantastic.The houses are fully updated, clean and with new furniture. David, Jackie and Charlotte always send emails a day or more in advance if they need to come by the house for any reason, they are always willing to help with any issues or concerns you may have, they treat all of the students like family. All of the houses are within a 5 minute walk from the Niagara College (welland) Campus as well as the bus routes. Niagara Student Housing is the best option for students looking for residence in the Niagara Region.

Niagara Student Housing, owned and operated by David and Jackie is a very good, safe place for Niagara College Students to live while attending school. They own all their homes and they work very hard to make sure all of their students have a safe and comfortable place to live. Parents can sleep soundly at night knowing David and Jackie have gone to great lengths to make sure NSH have good, safe homes. They have been in the business since 2002 and have always been at the forefront of safety. Very few other landlords can claim to have such safety measures in place. Fire rated drywall, solid fire rated doors, interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, proper egress windows, & sprinkler heads in the furnace rooms. They also have gone to great expense with exterior safety and security. They provide a great place for students to live while attending Niagara College Welland Campus.

I was a tenant at NSH for 3 years. Jackie & David are excellent landlords. I have called upon them a few times for help and they have always been there right away for me. After I finished school, they provided me with a glowing reference which helped get me a great job. Thank you Jackie and David for all your hard work.

I rented here for one year and it was a great experience. Dave and Jackie are great landlords, they are very friendly and they keep the house in good condition and it is very safe. Our sink had a leak and when we let Dave know he came and fixed it the same day. I would recommend renting from Dave and Jackie if you are looking for reliable, trustworthy landlords.

I would like to provide a glowing recommendation for David and Jackie. Our granddaughter started college this term and we were lucky to find accommodations in one of Niagara Student Housing's lovely homes right across the street from campus. We were extremely pleased with the immaculate condition the home was in while moving her in. The owners are reliable and dependable and it is comforting to know they are nearby for our granddaughter should the need arise. I highly recommend these safe, clean, spacious affordable accommodations and know our granddaughter will be in good hands throughout the college year.

I rented from Dave and Jackie in 2016/17. They were great! I wanted to write a review because even after being gone for a few years now, Dave didn't hesitate to provide me amazing customer service. I had 2 packages shipped to one of their houses by mistake (the unit I had rented 3 years ago). I reached out to Dave and he promptly got back to me and was able to track down my packages. He was so kind and understanding! Can't thank you enough.

I lived in one of Dave and Jackie's houses for four years from 2011 to 2015. Two years of general arts, then the two year paramedic program. While I was living in Welland I had a wonderful time. In no small part to Dave and Jackie, they were always friendly and helpful. If we needed something done at the house or had a problem in general they would answer our call anytime and Dave would come help as soon as he was available. If you had to swing by the office Charlotte was always friendly and willing to help, as well as keeping you informed with showings, inspections, and fire alarm checks. The location was awesome we were so close to the school we would joke that we were closer then res. This made it very easy to run home in between classes for lunch or forgot something for your next class. Most of our neighbors were in their houses too, which made it easy to make friends having other students around. It was a great four years.

Really good experience, I was able to find an accommodation in a short time. David, Jackie and Charlotte are very friendly and helpful. The house is comfortable and furnished in a nice neighborhood, minutes away from Niagara College. If we need to fix something around the house they come to help quickly. The house is close to Zehrs and Seaway Mall. I would definitely recommend everyone!

I hated living here. The landlords are always around and drop by whenever, moreover, they are rude and not friendly. I lived with them for a year and it was awful. Now I live beside one of there houses and I am still being harassed by them. Would NOT recommended.

The landlords are very unfriendly, difficult to talk to. They didn't return my key deposit. The landlords are extremely creepy, they have cameras set up everywhere and are watching you 24/7. I felt very unsafe. If I could I'd give it 0 stars.

NSH had no problem taking my money but trying to get my $20 key deposit back from them has been a nightmare. It has literally been 2 years and they still say its "on the way"
