I'm not sure why the picture of this place doesn't match the location....we have major plumbing issue at our house and need local accommodations to shower for a few days. Luckily insurance covers the cost but at almost 100$ per night I find that rate ridiculous for the basic amenities here. The front desk lady was polite and helpful but the facilities are basic and there are no coffee or beverages available except 1 cold drink vending machine and 1 snack vending machine. It appears clean but after a shower when I used the bathmat to dry up a little water on the floor it was obvious the cleaners aren't concerned with the floors. It's too bad really, I wasn't even aware that this place was a hotel option in Welland in the summer months and I was a little excited to check it out but it's far too over priced for the level of amenities. This is a college residence that is converted into a hotel in the summers. Free breakfast is decent. As a bonus there is always free tea/coffee in the lobby. Only issue is that the free WiFi only works in the lobby.

Bare bones, but great price, and quiet rooms. Clean.

This place is very basic. No wifi, only ethernet is available, with rooms that are very very basic. However, they are pretty darn big, and you won't really find things that are wrong here. The staff was very very friendly, especially this one guy that came over when we had a slight internet issue. Overall, pretty good service, basic in terms of the place itself.
