I strongly agree with Chris Nagy on his negative review on the hiring process of Innio. I went to the testing today myself with a group of probably 12 people. Assembling things they don't even make at the factory. How can you learn about the job and what they produce if you are doing something else that has nothing to do with the job. It's a good industry to have in Welland but they need to get rid of the testing process and train the job directly in factory if they need the people to work there. Another thing, I was punished by not being able to move on to the next faze of the process because of a carburetor on a mini model air plane engine that was over-torgued. Not my fault but that's how I felt.

Their process of hiring is ridicoulous. They bring 12 people in at a time and expect people to tear apart a small engine and write out how to put it back together. Also build a module of steel bars with nuts and bolts and attach it all together. Nobody is prepared for this when they go to the interview and no one of the 12 people passed. They lost out on an asset to their company by not hiring me as i could of benefited their company tremendously. To base hiring on the first initial testing process is ridicoulous. Maybe thats why they are having a hard time finding workers. Absolute waste of time. I would advise people to look elsewhere. This company seems very judgmental.
