Exactly 10 months ago I graduated from this ACADEMY, called more than 100 time to receive my official transcript and actual degree, they says that they are not able to provide due to pandemic, HOW THIS WILL SOUND WHEN WE ARE DEALING WITH COVID-19 FOR MORE THAN A YEAR, and somebody will come up from government and says WHY WE HAVE TO WEAR MASK, I DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE SANITIZER? I graduate from Alpha International Academy in August 2017. My entire stay in this institute was great. I did Project Management Graduate Certificate under the guidance of Prof.Harvey. Although, it was not easy course, but his way of teaching and Industry experience made this course very easy. Prof.Harvey explains the concept with real-time industry example which helps the student to gain the thorough knowledge. Being a student of alpha college I believe that over all college and staff is not bad but some professors like BASEEM AND JANNET are really the most rude teachers of the college. Professor Jannet is still good at teaching and she helps students also but i have nothing to describe Prof. Baseem because he is very rude to his students and never listen to the problem of students, one of his best things is that he always say that he will try his best to fail us and sometimes he get successful in it. I’m student at this alpha international academy, my course completed in mid April and they are not providing with any official documents including graduation letter and not even the information that when we are getting it. We tried to reach academy and Saint Lawrence college many times by calls and emails but none of them is paying any attention and don’t even bother to reply. We are not expecting such ignoring behaviour from college. Students of other college passed in the end of April and they got their graduation letter within one or two week. I would recommend the students to go for a better college not in this so called ALPHA INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY, where they will be treated with full dignity.

This campus is not good enough on a study basis. Teacher's are not well educated and not much experienced staff. But this is a campus for those who doesn't take study serious, classes are only for 2 days which is a plus point. No facilties like gym, library and even not a single cafeteria. My one year certification in healthcare at Alpha was amazing..I made good friends and learned a lot about Canada's Healthcare system.All the teachers were nice and cooperative and especially an instructor named Shima.. •Shima is very effective in her teaching style.Not many Teachers are able to stimulate the students to the extent Shima does.She provides a great environment to learn. As a teacher, Shima has great communication skills in that explanations are short and helpful.She helps the students in anyway possible and guides them..• Shima is very effective in her teaching and especially in subjects like "Healthcare operations" and HR. I spoke to college about my medical condition and they gave me ato cover all syllabus to do in 24hrs and to said you need to get 75% marks while for one subject they said we can’t help you such a useless system

This is a wonderful college to work and study, I am really enjoying here very much. However, I had never met a Guanghai Jin before. If what you complained was true, why do you need to hide your true identity? Either probation or volunteer work is very popular in Canada since employers normally use this probationary period to see if the potential employee is qualified or not for the job. And probationary employee will use this period to get familiar with the work. If you didn’t like it, why you took the offer in the first place?

He failed 90% students in class. We are requesting management to take an action on him but they are not taking any action. Try not to take supply chain program in alpha. Worst student services. They don’t issue any completion letter even after issuing graduation letter. It has been more than two months since our last class but we haven’t received completion letter of our course. The girl at front desk says St. Lawerance college will issue it but St.Lawerance college sent us mail regarding this saying it’s Alpha that generates completion letter. I’ll suggest newcomers not to get enrolled with these liars.

One of the worst institution I have ever come across. Very cheap gradings and the most of the lecturers are too judgemental and are completely biased even though the students excel in their performance. VERY MUCH DEEPLY disappointed and total waste of hard earned dimes!!

The teachers are the only saving grace here(Alex Alexander sir was great), otherwise the management is completely boneheaded and I've been waiting for transcripts for 50 days and still haven't (60+ if I count from exam completion).
