I had an excellent experience doing Medical Office Administration program @CDI. Despite the challenges I encountered learning online. The instructors were very helpful in assisting me and my classmates. I owe everything to them especially Ms. Neveen Omar considering the courses that she handled were hard (Medical Language, Transcription, Admin and Clinical Procedures, etc. Ms. Gloria (very engaging and knows what she’s doing) and Ms. Renu (very knowledgeable) was helpful as well with computer courses. Mr. Mazdak helped me with my overall professional mindset and character. All in all the experience with all the instructors and staff(by phone) was great. Gave me lots of knowledge and I am confident that if I can do it, why can’t you! Salute to my instructors ❤️????????????????????

I had an appointment with one of the adviser there. I arrived 10min early. They asked the initial form to fill out(as I expected) I finished it by the time on my appointment. Reception lady told me to wait. I waited for another 10min. I asked how long do I need to wait, then she said she would call the adviser. He hasn't arrived yet. I had to leave because I had to go to work which will take me 40min do drive. I spend $10 for the parking for nothing. I wasn't mad until I got a call from the adviser. On the way to work. He said "Sorry for misunderstanding." What misunderstanding? I thought it was pretty straight-forward that you were late for the appointment. I am not sure this is the right place for me. I don't appreciate how they handle the situation. If I may suggest, I'd at least write an email and make something up with nice manner instead of calling with this attitude.

It was my best decision to join the Pharmacy Assistant Course in CDI North york campus. Before completion of the course, I was offered a hiring position with internship. The credit goes to my wonderful instructor Ms. Afsaneh Shahsavar who had been instrumental in guiding and teaching all her students with reference to practical knowledge of pharmacy assistant role. She is patient, kind and will make sure you get your basics right and thorough and is always available to answer your queries.

I joined Cdi college last year just before the lockdown as a cybersecurity specialist and we had to move classes online. At first i was skeptical about how its going to work but i realize i was worried for nothing, it worked out perfectly.. my instructor Luis is amazing, he helps you when you find things difficult, encourages you when you are stressed out from a project lol and understand's every one strength and weaknesses. having him as my instructor made schooling so much easier for me since i graduated from the university 10 years ago.

During the lock down I decided it would be the perfect time to do my study online since am a busy mom and online fits my schedule. I decided to go with CDI College and my field of study is the medical office administration, when I first started I was horrible with my knowledge of computer because I mainly surf the net or use it for social media purposes but my instructor Gloria Mallory was awesome, she really knows what she is doing and my instructor for medical terminology Neveen Omar is awesome she make sure we knows the medical term and definitions ,she takes her time to give explanations and ask us questions to make sure that we are paying attention to what is being taught . So far I have no issues with any of the instructors that I have encountered.

This is by far the best college! CDI college has wonderful and friendly staff. I recently completed my Pharmacist Assistant program and my instructor (Afsaneh) was the best! She made everyone in the class feel comfortable and happy. I personally really enjoyed my program. The program was very knowledgeable and the instructor made it fun! With all her positive advices and teachings, today I am hired with Shoppers Drugmart! CDI College, North York Campus - right now with the current pandemic situation, Professors that help me -- I APPLAUD THEM ???????? Mister Mazdak and Doctor Dara Ogus. I personally having difficulty with the changes but, because of the skilled Teachers, I able to overcome that. Doctor O, is such a "star", she is very patient and we have a "DANCE PARTY" just before our class ends everyday. It gives us so much boost to face our daily struggles ( specially now... ) Doctor O also put a daily morning quote - to gives us a good MANTRA every morning ???? Mister Mazdak is also the warmest Professor, a student can ever have. I can always approach him if I am confused and that gives me a connection and a welcoming feeling to ease my tension in this "new school format". Hats-off to my 2 wonderful Professor! I love both of them!

I am in the Addictions and Community Service Worker program here at CDI. As a recovered addict for over 3 years myself, I was so excited to start this journey to become an addictions counsellor. My professor Dr. Ogus has been nothing short of amazing when it came to teaching this program. I have learned an immense amount, not only about myself, but also about the field of addiction and mental health. The classes are informative, enjoyable, and I always leave class with a huge smile on my face. CDI really cares for their students, and Dr. Ogus helps in any way she can to ensure we understand the material, and that our marks reflect it. Not being in school for a couple years had me so worried about my ability to do this program, but now i'm more confident than ever that I will be able to change lives as mine was once changed. I've had counsellors in the past that graduated this program and have moved onto be clinical directors of Rehab centres all over the GTA... I cannot wait to finish this program strong and start my career. If you were looking into any college program surrounding this field... TAKE THIS COURSE! You wont regret it!

If I could put a zero star...I would. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. They will tell you anything to get you to sign up but when it comes to the students, they do not give a dayum. Constant questions unanswered, never accommodating. As long as the higher-ups are getting paid, that's all they care about. The unprofessionalism and disregard for the students was astounding. Save your money and invest in a real college, not this mess of a place. If you have kids or a job outside of school, don't go here . The staff will arrange things last minute and will refuse to answer any other questions. My rating... The WORST college in Ontario. If I could of called the news on this school I would, it's a scam.

I was a bit hesitant about coming back to school again, but what encouraged me was the professionalism, kindness and the worm welcoming of CDI staff including both the management and the instructors. They do their best to facilitate things for you and make your transformation very easy. Business Administration course is one of the most exciting courses that I have ever had. It is a new field for me and I am learning lots of things and opening my mind to new thoughts and ideas. I would highly recommend CDI to start or reconsider learning again.

Previously before making the decision to enroll in CDI, I was working for Peel Region as a bi-law supervisor for the waste sector. I felt i had a wide scope of experience and knowledge for the real life working world. I can honestly say now I took quite a bit out of the business programs that CDI had to offer. The knowledge that some of the instructors had to share and the insight that was given was extremely valuable for me, and could be applied in my field in a variety of ways. I feel confident, and even more knowledgeable then ever about business concepts, and am looking forward to taking what of learned and previous experience and applying it to the real world.

I had talked to Peter sarabi who misguided me and kept making up stories and caused me so much loss and never cared or realized what he is doing to me. Stay away from them

I completed my Event Management course a few months ago and not only passed my class, but also got a job with Bond in their automotive event department. I am so very happy and really want to thank my instructor for helping me start my career. I've only been at my new job for a few weeks, but I can't believe how much I really knew before I got here and how helpful all the "real world" tips have been. She is extremely knowledgeable, provides us with endless information to help us succeed and further expand our knowledge & understanding. Dr. O also truly cares about you and will do anything to help while in the program and once graduated and make sure you leave her class feeling confident and have all the tools you need to succeed . She will constantly look for ways to help you and put you at ease. she's truly amazing. I truly believe she is the reason I have incredible marks. I normally would not be so involved or pay attention in class but she has a way of making learning fun and the way she teaches just makes you obtain all the information & lessons so easy . Dr.O makes class fun, enjoyable and class feels more like a family rather than another boring class because class is far from boring with her (she's quite funny) . Gloria Mallory is also a great instructor and very understanding. Overall this is a school that I would want to attend and advise anyone to take the opportunity if given.

I went with my brother in law to CDI College North York last year , he graduated from Paralegal program and working in his fields now. I will be attending his graduation next year! It was little hard to find their location at first but everything else was great . They are on the concourse level of the building
