We are very fortunate to have excellent post-secondary institutions in the Niagara Region. The college goes out of their way to keep current and to offer programs to meet changing job markets. Instructors are excellent and good at what they do!

My friend is in the dental hygienist program and it is honestly abuse at this point. They had to miss a lab due to SURGERY and the admin didn't care and gave them an absent mark. They are so overworked that they are starting to be suicidal and the teaching staff still doesn't care. They refuse to give my friend accommodations or anything for learning disabilities and mental illness. DO NOT go here for dental hygienist!

Lost all hope in the online education system at Niagara college. High school students make better slides than the professors. The professors are always in a rush. You have a problem with a class and you email the teacher but they don’t even respond to your email’s. What am I even paying for? A useless degree? Maybe! The education system has to do better.

A great and solid starting point for international students. The education provides everything you need to find a good job in Canada and start your career. The college is collaborating with many local businesses and there is a vast selection of jobs, which Niagara College will help you apply to. On the whole, most of the things the professors teach can be applied at your future workplace. You just gotta be smart about your electives selection and do a lot of out-of-class readings to be knowledgeable and successful. The Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus is renowned for business, hospitality, culinary, brewery and wellness programs.

The Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology (frequently shortened to Niagara College and branded as Niagara College Canada) is a public College of Applied Arts and Technology within the Niagara Region of Southern Ontario, Canada. The college has three campuses: the Welland Campus in Welland, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the Taif Campus in Ta'if, Saudi Arabia. Terrible experience for my daughter. If your student previously had an IEP requiring assistance with Math or Science don’t even think of purchasing courses for your student. They will happily take your money the first AND second semester even when they know you don’t stand a chance of passing, even of you were failing in the first set of courses. There appears to be no recourse either. The teachers do not provide enough assistance or direction. If you ask them if your assignment looks good, they will say “Looks great.” And then promptly fail you. I was considering continuing my own courses with them, but after seeing how my daughter was treated decided I could not support this organization. Very sad treatment indeed.
