From Beaumont Boulevard, it looks like a big LEGO block from which a smaller block would have been cut off from the facade ... Incidentally, for pedestrians and cyclists, the footbridge is very practical to go from Beaumont to Outremont without making the detour via the avenue du Parc or the Rockland viaduct. (Original) Ce nouveau complexe a l'avantage d'être très bien éclairé — pourrait-il en être autrement vu son imposante fenestration? —, mais l'architecture, bien que certifiée LEED, laisse franchement à désirer. Du boulevard Beaumont, on dirait un gros bloc LEGO duquel un plus petit bloc aurait été retranché de la façade... Accessoirement, pour les piétons et les cyclistes, la passerelle est très pratique pour passer de Beaumont à Outremont sans faire le détour par l'avenue du Parc ou le viaduc Rockland.
