My name is Bishop Dr Charles K Mba and I am a graduate of Adfiction snd Community Service Worker 2016 at CDI College Mississauga ON Canada Campus . What I learnt from my teachers is helping me live a better life now as a senior citizen. I was 69 years old when I became a student of Addiction and Community service worker. This program is dominated by women but I am not regretting being a graduate in that field. I am glade to be one of the graduate of 2016. God bless all the hands that are on deck at CDI College. That's when I found CDI College Mississauga, offering the Medical Laboratory Technician/Assistant program. It started in september 2017 and I'll be a proud graduate in may, 2018. I am feeling very well prepared for this new carreer. My teacher was Mr. Oday Al-Ubaidi, a very knowlegeable, inspiring, capable, passionate and incredible person. I owe to him the knowlege I have aquired in this program. All of CDI's coordinators have worked intensely so that our class would have the necessary theoretical and practical knowlege for this carreer. Always remembering that the journey consists of two pathways, one made by the students, and one, by the college, so that success can be obtained. Thank you Mr. Oday, and thank you, CDI College!

I have graduated in Immigration Consultant Program from CDI Mississauga campus under Ms. Sherin Besaiso’s instructions. Sherin comes with more than two decades of experience in Immigration practice as well as have strong teaching skills. She has deep knowledge about immigration law, she knows how to interpret the legal provisions with practical scenario one would face in their day to day practice. She knows how to explain the legal concepts in simple words which helps non-lawyer and also helps a student to face any kind of question in exam or a practitioner to face any matter in their practice. She knows how to distribute equal attention to each student in the class. A teacher requires to understand every student’s background, culture, community and their way of learning things, which I observed Sherin doing in the class and adjust her teaching method according to the students need. She knows how to pay attention to each student. Ethical practice is biggest challenge in our industry (immigration practice), but, one can learn how to conduct ethical practice from Sherin. For me Sherin is a full package as teacher and mentor for immigration practice. I am taking lot of learnings from Sherin!!! I recommend Sherin as teacher as well as mentor to set immigration practice!!!

I enrolled in September, 2017 at CDI College, Mississauga for a Diploma on Immigration Consultant. My Teacher is Ms Rodica Toma. I enjoyed enormous learning throughout the courses. The classes give opportunities for interactive learning, learning from peer and learning through online browsing. We made presentations and did mock trial and thus, our confidence to become an immigration professional is developed through knowledge and practices. We enjoyed the time in cultural diversity by celebration of events and birthdays! It's fun and it's boosted learning- what else could we expect more?!!! But, we got more- excellent teacher and great staff of the college!!!

Watch out for the fake promises; I went to this college and when i signed up, i was told that i would get a referal bonus of 300$ if I referred a friend to this college. I did the referral and didnt get the promised referral even after 5 month of being enrolled in the program. They would just ignore you after you are enrolled.

Time went so fast. I went to CDI College 4 years ago (2016) when my third child was just one month year-old. I got the first luck with meeting Ms.Swati who gave me a wonderful advice for studying Pharmacy Assistant on the right time. And then I had the second luck to study with my amazing and knowledgeable professor, Happy Singh ????. Nothing is more important for your successful future than choosing a correct program and great teacher. Happy is a kind, understanding, fantastic and professional teacher who I would love to appreciate the most. His creative, conscientious, enthusiasm teaching method has helped me to have an accuracy and meticulousness at work, stay calm and caring of the patients, be responsible and passionate in my job. My friends and I really have funs in compounding lessons, enjoy our practicing hours, love to have challenges to read different prescriptions. Happy always conveyed to us all the actual experiences he had. So we did not feel so surprised when we entered the work. I got 2 jobs right away after 2 weeks of my graduation. During my working time, I always bring Happy‘ words with me that we should treat our patients as our family members. Today I came back here and really want to say Thank You to CDI College, Ms.Swati, all friendly teachers and especially to my wonderful professor. I have just completed my classes for the course of Pharmacy Assistant with CDI College and confirmed my internship which will be running for more few weeks. It was an incredibly positive and learning platform with CDI College. The whole module of this course is practically designed, and it was very effectively taught by our instructors (Mr. Happy and Ms. Sadia) and the skills which I learned during my course period would be very useful in practical life. Our instructors focused was on delivering quality education to each student and provided extensive knowledge as per the need of each module. After completing the course, the seven weeks internship period of Pharmacy Assistant is very crucial things to transfer the knowledge in practical life and I got my internship in exact date of colleges’ plan; that is wonderful planning and strategy of this College; it was possible with huge supports of our Internship Coordinator Ms. Munnay Simon. Being part of CDI was a good learning experience.Although my class encountered numerous issues with the online Platform we were in most occasions able to carry out with the class. The 2 instructors I had were highly knowledgable, each with very two different styles of teaching and different Approaches to class management. It was great to have Mr, Balen as my last instructor as with his diverse experience he helped us to understand complex topics in a more practical way. The college needs to improve for sure its e-learning environment and platforms and I would also like to see that in the future CDI develops a more online student oriented culture where students truly feel that they are valued by the college even if their courses are fully delivered online.

Just finished my program here at CDI Mississauga campus doing the Medical Office Admin program, and I have to say that my experience with this college has been wonderful. I have to mention my two amazing teachers Dina and Mona, who have guided me and helped me during this journey as I transition into a whole new career. Their level of expertise and knowledge in the medical field is not only current and up to date with the healthcare system, but they are the most dedicated and hardworking teachers I’ve ever met. With their help, I have finished off my placement at a reputable hospital, which has been amazing experience, and everything I learned in school has been true to the standards that are placed in the hospital. I went to CDI Mississauga for Supply Chain Management. From the start to the end was an easy process. The receptionist Alison did above and beyond whenever myself or classmates needed help, always very friendly and committed to making sure we understood. My admissions advisor Carol helped me decide on what’s best for me by really getting to know me and care about my needs. After spending 11 months with them they became friends instead of acquaintances, if you want to attend CDI college they are the ladies you need to speak to. I am currently enrolled on pharmacy assistant program. Learning things about this pharmacy isn’t easy but our professor happy has always been approachable and understanding. He makes sure that we understand each and every lesson we tackle and learn from it. This course will not only teach you things about pharmacy but also about life too. Now on our compounding module and doing labs every day, wearing our lab coats is absolutely fun! ???? we enjoy it and challenge us as the same time.

CDI college immigration program is comprehensive and detailed. It provides you with effective working knowledge of the field. A lot of organizations had to quickly adapt to Covid and even for CDI it did not happen without a few challenges, but the important thing was, that support was always available. Regarding my instructor Mr Balen, he is an expert in his field, a master educator and someone who takes pride in the art of teaching. His methods are innovative and at the same time highly effective. It is not always easy to focus on a computer screen for hours, but Mr Balen's engaging style definitely makes it worth it.

She has made my time here more enjoyable. Also, the staff is very helpful and nice! I highly recommend CDI College. I think there could be improvements in the lunch room, such as a coffee machine or a vending machine. Also I wish that a medical Insurance was included in the tuition. Overall, I like the school.

I studied Medical office administration in CDI college my experience there was so motivating because of my professors. First Dina, I have learned a lot from her regarding medical studies even though I already have background in medical field she taught me so much more which I didn’t realize that I don’t even know back then or I don’t even pay attention back then, she broaden my knowledge and understandings regarding her specialty and she’s a helping hand whenever you don’t understand some lectures. I am one of the enrolled student of Computer-Aided Design and Drafting Specialist Course at CDI College Mississauga that starts last May 28, 2019 and now I'm on my internship part of the course and hopefully with GOD's grace i will graduate this coming end of March 2019. it so amazing to feel this way at this very moment because I'm so very happy and so excited. You know why? as i've mentioned internship the company that they endorsed me in that program hired me as a CAD Drafter position not as an intern anymore.. Oh God what a blessing.. At the very first i'm so very weary and so worried on how i start my life and career here in Canada since we migrated here with my wife and our two kids last May 2017. My previous major was in the medical field and I did not have knowledge about Law and Immigration before. Prior to starting the Immigration Consultant courses, I did not feel confident that I would perform successfully in class. However, the fact is I have done a pretty good job in these courses. Since I enrolled in Mr. Balen Jalal’s class, I have never had trouble understanding the content in the Immigration Consultant program. This is because Mr. Jalal is a very nice teacher with a lot of experience in the Immigration field. Additionally, his teaching style is flexible and includes many real case analyses which is my favourite part.

I am still enrolled in the Immigration Consultancy course and only 2 more courses to go, but it was my first online experience, and to be honest CDI made sure it was smooth and well managed all across. We were given a brief training on how to use the platform while our Instructor Balen Jalal took all of us through it everyday. He ensured that this learning experience remains smooth and steady for everyone. I would like to specifically mention that Mr. Balen is extremely knowledgable and have a good grasp of immigration technicalities and he manages to explain all concepts eloquently. I haven't been taught by any other instructor from CDI but so far my experience with CDI and Mr. Balen is satisfying. He makes sure that the concept are clear and no stones are left unturned, before moving on to next topic. If Immigration Consultancy course is still being offered in colleges, i would highly recommend this place.

I am currently studying Supply Chain Management. The instructor, Ghayda Yousif, is very knowledgeable and interactive with the students. She knows the material really well and she also connects it with her work experience in the past. Not only the material knowledge that she teaches, she also teaches us the work ethic, how to present ourselves in the workplace professionally. I don't think other instructor will share the same experience as she shared hers. I am really grateful to have her as my instructor. I learned a lot of things in her class and hope that other students also will get the knowledge by listening to what she says in the classroom.

One of the worst college if you Wana west your time and money then join CDI College specially in IT. Baljet Singh the instructor for IT class is very un professional doest give a single lecture in class try to complian but know one listen specially Marry. they are playing with your career. If you ask Baljit Singh to give you lecture he would simply says it's not lecture or instructor based college you have to study your own. Then what hell we are paying for just to come to college to self study. There is alot of liberarys in Canada for self studying. One thing I want to add I try to contact the management Marry and baljet doest allowed me to complian it's not only me there is alot of students who have same issue if anyone can help me to contact the management will be very thank full. Being a father and and a husband have alot of responsibility I quit my job and start my second career in CDI College to have a bright future but I made a big mistake to choose CDI College which I am suffering now my advise to all dont waste your time and money coming to CDI College

All staff i interacted with at the facility were very professional and really helpful,especially Rodrick McPherson(my chief instructor) and Munaya Simon(placement coordinator) Post completion of my course. I was placed on a 200 hour internship program. CDI's Program of Immigration Consultancy proved to be a valuable vocational program from which I learnt a lot. I had the privilege of studying under Prof. Balen Jalal, who engaged us in thought and learning using meaning full reality based case studies. Our mode of instruction was delivered online but it did not take away from our learning again due to instructor's engagement. Having previously attended, Seneca College, Ryerson, University, and Lakehead University, I can say that education is as useful as when applied properly and truly pointless if theory doesn't translate into practical application. Trash! This is not an accredited college. It is private! This means you cannot go to a government Accredited college or university after obtaining a diploma here. Pros: if you do not have any education after highschool, it's a good place to open better job opportunities. It is a good place for an international students/ people trying to grow a certain skill. Cons: if you are young, this is not for you! It is very expensive, the college instructors are inexperienced and rely on YouTube videos to teach the course! I only recommend this if you really need a better job but if you are young please work hard and get into a Canadian recognised college or university as it will get you better high paying jobs! OSAP is available but I do not suggest going with their textbook program. Go on Kijiji and buy the books used.

I don’t recommend going to this college after my experience. This is the worst college by far, and I went to multiple. The management is extremely terrible as Mary doesn’t care about the students she only cares until you register in the college, when you register she’ll make you problems with the college and OSAP. The teacher’s are below average. My marks were excellent and my attendance record was good, so Mary had no right to threaten me and make problems with the OSAP for me. I will not respond to threats and I will show OSAP what kind of college this is. Worst management I’ve ever seen. If they take your OSAP money, you’re nothing to them anymore. Feel free to ask anyone who attended this college firsthand and has encountered this management.

Balen Jalal, who is an instructor for the Immigration Consultants program is very knowledgeable, structured and engaging with his students. You can tell he is very invested in making sure that his students expand their knowledge base and are well informed. He is able to give good examples and interesting scenarios that are relevant and make you think. He is creative in the way he runs his classes by having case situations that not only reinforce what was taught but makes you think and look at the facts of a situation, you are bound to leave having learned something. Balen is a tough teacher with high expectations but he is fair and encourages you to be better. I very much appreciated having him as my instructor.

I took the immigration program course during the 2020-2021 session. Balen Jalal was my professor and he was a very engaged professor who provided detailed and thorough explanations. He conveyed concepts well whilst confirming that all students reached it to a point of understanding. He was very responsive to all questions raised as well as made the class an engaging experience during which he was alert and required all students to be the same. He demonstrated care and understanding for all students in regards to their queries but was firm on punctuality for himself and the class. All concepts were well explained with slides, presentations, and provided knowledge beyond what was given in the textbooks or other materials. Mr. Jalal made an effort to have participation from all in the class to promote alertness and ensure there was satisfaction for the students knowledge. Despite the remote learning I have learnt tons from this course and the teaching staff has been immense in the process.

Ms Dina was the best teacher there hands down , her lecture , teaching everything was good and you can always go to her when you dont understand something . Muyana was another good teacher but some of the teachers there werent good . Some didnt know how to speak english good enough to be teaching a course , another teacher use to be always on her phone , didnt really want help . Can't speak for other courses but I graduated from the Immigration Consultant program at CDI. I was lucky to have Ms.Sherin Besaiso as my professor. Really enjoyed her teaching style - hybrid of group activities and lectures, expert in her area of Immigration practise, a caring and an accommodating teacher. She taught the entire program on Immigration and we had no problems in transitioning from in-class course to online learning platform (due to Covid). I wish I could go back to class only because her classes were absolutely fun ! Nevertheless our program was not affected and she covered all the material we needed to know for the EPE exam. Would highly recommend her for EPE classes and for any Immigration advice.

I enrolled myself for Supply chain management course at CDI college, Mississauga. My experience from the go is very positive. Ghayda Yousif was my teacher for majority of my subjects. I have learned so much from her. She has extensive experience and she has best interests of her students, and her classes are lively with debates and lot of brain storming. She makes students challenged and generates lot of interest with her experience in SCM. Her lectures are to help students to understand the material she is teaching. She asks questions and gets the students to respond which is fun and I felt it promotes faster learning. She encourages her students to ask questions and spends extra time for students who require more guidance. I am glad Ghyda was my instructor and very fortunate to be in her class. I met so many wonderful fellow students. I hope to continue to keep in touch with them. It’s been fruitful eight months with the college and I am glad I took the Supply chain management course

He makes the class very interesting and ensure we all involved in the class and understood his lectures . I do not have enough words to express my good thoughts and feelings about Mr. Balen. I would like to thank all the management staff who I didn't meet in person due to Covid restrictions, but I did communicate through email and phone and they were very helpful and responsive to my concerns. When Covid first started I got in contact with CDI college because I thought it would be a great opportunity to go back to school. I spoke with Alison who was great from the beginning in answering all my questions. I ended up enrolling in the Medical Admin program which happened to be offered online and I’m ever so thankful , if it wasn’t for this opportunity I wouldn’t of been able to go back to school while raising 3 children who were all stuck at home as well. My teachers were fantastic in adjusting to teaching remotely as well as understanding the challenges we faced of learning and taking care of our kids . Going to CDI college has helped me gain so much confidence in myself and had almost given me a new identity as a profesional. The campus / facility is generally clean. I can't say that about the bathrooms. When you have many people at one place at the same time, this is bound to happen. Rodney you have some work ahead of you on that one with building management. Once I am employed, my plan is to get my wife enrolled and take the same course as well. Only if she will have Ghayda as her instructor. How is that for a recomendation? The rest of the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Your experience should be similar if your expectations and willingness reflect that.

My experience with CDI has been really nice, especially with Ghayda Yousif, my instructor for Supply Chain Management course. She rendered the curriculum beautifully in which she taught and made learning very easy by engaging the students in many activities like group discussions etc. and also by giving us practical examples from her vast experience working in this field for more than 20 years, which not only made the it fun but also gave us lot of confidence in ourselves. I found this way of learning extremely satisfying as I had no background of Supply Chain and her teaching style simplified everything. Along with teaching she went an extra mile to work on each student's personality as well, so that each one is ready to deliver in their respective job areas.

I am currently in the Immigration Consultant program at CDI College - Mississauga. This is the last year with a accelerated program; in the future it will be a full 2 year program. Granted it is very intense due to the fast pace. Our Professor Balen Jalal is an excellent instructor not only with his course knowledge, but also his calm and patient approach to a very energetic student crowd. He is extremely focused and does have high demands from each student; only because his ultimate goal is for all students to succeed. Do not think the stress you will feel in an accelerated program has anything to do with the instructor. That is purely caused by the path of studying you choose as a student to finish quicker.

Having been a student of CDI College in the Computer-Aided-Design and Drafting Program, I can personally say that the experience you get as a student is exceptional. I haven't been to the campus in-person due to the coronavirus pandemic. All my classes were held virtually. despite being in a virtual setting, CDI College managed to give all the assistance I needed. The class modules and curriculum are well organized and easy to handle since you have to complete one module in order to move to the next. This lay-out is much easier to balance with daily life compared to the semester system found in most public colleges where you have up to 7 different classes per semester. I'd like to personally thank my CAD drafting instructor, Mr. Lomakin for being an amazing teacher. If you want to be a pro at AutoCAD, his classroom is the place to be. I also appreciated all the hard work from the careers and internship department for finding me a placement amidst the pandemic. That was a lofty task but you managed it extremely well and in an very professional manner. The best part is that most courses are diploma level and are covered in 1 year or less. You are into the work field much quicker that way. I highly recommend this college if you want to get the work field quick with quality education.

The worst Educational College ever!!! Took a computer course for four months, during that time I put up with a very ignorant "co-ordinator" who would call herself " Miss Do"everything". Was belittled in front of a crowd of people twice, talked to everyone like they were a child including the instructors. Made people upset daily. I takes a lot for adults to go back to school and this is how we are treated. The computer had " clitches' every single day, a lot of marks were lost because of this. The documents from the contract was always screwed up with affected me terribly today. This place is not professional or do they care for your needs. I found it all a scam.

It is a great program and I am learning a lot but there are a few things that need to be fixed or improved, the cleaning lady is horrible the classes are always dirty and garbages are never take out and some days I am waiting till 10 before we start our class because there are people that are always late! So we have to wait witch I feel is bull because I am here to learn and we have all these irresponsible people that can never show up on time, shouldn’t they be kicked out by now. They need to be more strict when it comes to punctuality!!!!

I do not have any background in the medical field, and so before I began my studies with CTDI, I was doubtful that I would perform well. The feeling of butterflies in my stomach began to grow, and I truly felt uneasy. However, I pushed this thought away and I decided to go for it. I did not know what to expect, but I felt like I was prepared for anything that could happen. That’s when I met Professor Oday. He was able to change the way I saw the medical field; from being something too complicated to understand, to something that I can now reach. I knew that it would not be easy, but Professor Oday made the journey worthwhile and exciting. To my surprise, I even began to enjoy the contents that was provided to us. I recently finished Diploma in Information Technology (Network Systems Administrator) from CDI College. I had no previous experience or education in I.T. but due to the efforts and support of my instructor Rod McPherson I was able to complete my diploma and gain valuable knowledge. Immigration law is an intricate and a very sensitive industry and this is what our instructor Dalia imparted to the class at the onset of the course. Dalia is knowledgeable and very experienced in her field and it reflected well in her teaching. She emphasized the importance of the protocols and procedures that must be specifically followed for each of the immigration programs that were covered. In doing so, she prepared presentations and slides for each course material and engages us in discussions and ensures all students are involved in the dialogue. She gave real life examples of cases that is related to each topic at hand and identified key areas and associates it previous lessons. In addition, customized individual and group work assignments given throughout the course gave us a real feel on how to prepare and/or handle specific cases. Any corrections and/or feedback are given in a timely and conscientious manner which is very much appreciated. She is very open to questions however encourages us first to bring our own approach and/or solution to the table to help us boost our confidence and at the same time apply what we have learned. She also pointed out numerous times that as an immigration consultant, we should also be mindful of the ethics and professional conduct to preserve the integrity our profession. Overall, she is very dedicated to her profession and in teaching and I learned a lot from her. Dalia, thank you very much for all you have done and for being so patient with us throughout this course!
