Just ordered 1 paneer dish and it hardly has any Paneer in it. All full of uncooked onions. Really Disappointed. Not sure it’s because of lockdown but it’s not worth the money spent.

Terrible food . Ordered butter chicken which did not taste like butter chicken at all . It just tasted like regular chicken curry with red pepper in it and chicken was not cooked properly. Also ordered beef biryani which was dry n over cooked and didn't taste great. Over priced and food is terrible . Will not go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Please don't waste your money . I was disappointed . i go to avani which is similar pricing but food is much better.

Tried couple of snacks items, Bhel puri and Shev Puri. It was good as compared to restaurants compared Gerrard street - downtown one. Didn't get chance to have dinner as I was running out of time. Service was quick and good. Next time would like to try full meal course.

One of our friend recommended for this place. Excellent food for price and first time I have seen staff so courteous. We wanted to have one vegetable which was not in the dish so we requested them to replace but they gave us extra without any extra charge and that is what is called service. Inconsistent food quality and portion sizes, especially when ordering Butter Chicken and Karahi Chicken! This was considered one the best North Indian restaurants in the GTA; sadly, their food quality and portion sizes are now among the worst. The owners/operators should note that the dish is called Karahi Chicken and not Karahi Pyaaz... meaning, if I wanted to order a Pyaaz (onions) dish, I would have done that.

The food here is so very delicious and worth coming if you’re looking for authentic and traditional Indian food at a fair price. The portions were large and plentiful for a family of four (we took a lot of leftovers to go). The colours of the food is so beautiful and the taste reflects the care and dedication they put into their cuisine. The service was great quick and attentive. Curry needs improvement, need salt and a bit more of spices (don't get me wrong, don't make it spicy) Veg Thali is good for 2, just need to get extra naan. Quantity of each item in Thali was really good as well.

I went to this place for a late lunch with my family. There were hardly anybody in the restaurant. Don't go by the name, this place serves chaat and also all other Indian cuisine. We ordered pani puri to start with. The khatta pani was served cold and perfect. We also order Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka Masala and Naan. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. It was perfectly spicy. I would definitely visit them again, the next time I am in Mississauga.

I've been going to the hwy 10 and Eglington location for years and something was always a little off. After coming to this location I now know what. At this location the the portions are bigger. The food is more then just spicy is has taste as well. The biggest plus over the other location is the staff they are very polite and extremely nice. At the other location they are rude and as soon as you finish dinner they are kicking you out sometimes I haven't even finished my dinner and I'm a fast eater already.

First time trying this location. I actually called the wrong number and made an order with this Bombay Bhel location instead of a different one. Honestly, I was apprehensive at first because of the negative reviews but the food was amazing. Ordered two butter chicken with garlic naan and it’s probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken is incredibly tender and the naan is so flavourful. The texture is different than what I’ve had before, kind of flaky texture. Definitely prefer this now! It’s a little tad pricey though but worth it. Called for takeout and the person who answer was very friendly.

Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Nan are good. Biriyani was awful. Too Tangy. Too much artificial coloring. It was like a Orange lava rice. But I must say Biriyani portion was large. Owner is very rude and inconsiderate weVe been to this location many times up until recently the food was decent except on our last and final visit we got take out and upon eating it we noticed the fish tasted watery it wasn't even cooked fully, the samosas were so oily that it leaked through the paper bag and onto our car seat so we kindly went back and told the owner to make us just those items the owner began arguing with us Infront of his customers and demanded we leave his restaurant and instead goto a different location WHICH we have been doing so much better food and service so forget this location if this owner valued customer service they would have more repeat happy customers

Great food. I've ordered from here a few times now, and every time it's been very good. The chick biriyani is especially good with decent sized pieces of chicken. Too many other places really skimp on the meat. Only criticism is the rice should either be automatically included with each curry dish, or it should be pretty cheap. It was surprisingly expensive for a small container of rice.

We've had the Butter Chicken, Chicken Vindaloo, Garlic Naan, Chana Masala, Chicken Samosas and all of these dishes are been excellent! We especially like their Samosas as the pastry is thin so they're not too doughy. Recommend this place to eat in or take out as they never disappoint.

We have been picking up food from Bombay Bhel pretty regularly. Their curries always come with either rice or a naan without any extra charge. Last night we ordered delivery for our kids (as we were not at home) through Skip the Dishes for butter chicken and ordered 2 extra naans. All the time presuming that the curry would come with 2 naans in any case. Not so, got just the 2 naans we ordered. Bombay Bhel discriminates against customers who order through delivery. Really sucks that they cheap out on a naan to save on cost but still go on to charge the same price. They are really punishing their customers for ordering delivery. Worse is that it is not clear when ordering delivery that no naan or rice will come with the dish. Very sneaky and not appreciated at all.

We've always enjoyed the thali and the aloo gobhi and we swear by the chicken vindaloo here but today we wanted to try your biryani and sadly very disappointed. since we love your food i thought it my responsibility to provide honest feedback. Following were the starking defects in the biryani 1. Both veg and chicken, we could taste the raw masala . it was neither spicy nor sweet sort of mid confusing blandish taste. it had not been blended well with the rice and meat. Looked like it had been sprinkled separately instead of been cooked in. 2. Choice of very poor veggies in biryani. Literally... Looked like chef got bored and just thawed a packet of frozen veggies and threw it in with rice . i mean peas pod and string beans really????? 3. Too much food color. We go to your resturant for the basic reason that the curries dont have the typical red food color taste but that was not true about the biryani. I can see the food color floating in the plate rt now. The only respite was the raita ( thankfully i bought an extra ) I am hoping this review would be read and the biryani would be worked upon better next time. I'd have given you thumbs up for any of your chicken dishes but today i am sad... Very sad with the food.

I have been to this restaurant many times before but today was a shock. Extremely disappointed with the quality of food and the customer service provided by the staff. The butterchicken was very watery and just 7 small chicken pieces (please see pictures!). It definitely isn't worth the premium price and the staff member I spoke to, had a terrible attitude. Forget about exchanging the the item, he didn't bother apologizing. If you've been dying for a great naan, this is the place. Their vegetarian Thali was so good that I ended up eating everything in it, despite my small appetite. Chicken tikka masala was a bit more tomato-ey for my taste though. Nonetheless amazing and really fast service makes this restaurant, with a huge seating capacity, a must try.

I end up over eating at this restaurant anytime I go. Food is exceptional and the service is great. My friends and I go later at night when outs not as busy. We get the food quicker and it's very fresh. I did find that they were stingy with certain food, for example there was ONLY 2 pieces of paneer in the mattar paneer of the veggie thali. Not impressed, I asked the staff and they said because it's a thali, they seem to give less items because it's cheap. Which made sense, but I still didn't like it.

This is one of the BEST Indian food places in the GTA. I've been to many and none quite compare. First, servers are helpful in determining your portions! The Paneer Makhni is spiced just right, the pani poori - delicious! We always get the Shimp Vindaloo for some kick and the Chai Tea finishes everything off just right.

Stellar! Had the Shrimp Vindaloo and loved it. Jumbo shrimp nicely butterflied in a delicious curry with a good portion of rice and naan. Never had a bad experience here and the food / atmosphere is always great!

Dingy place. We visited on a weekday. Half of the restaurant had its lights turned off! We love the chhole at their other location. But for some reason the chhole at this location was below average! I could make better chhole at home. 3 stars for service only.

Ordered Chole Bhature. Its nothing like Delhi style Chole. Not a good taste of chole at all. Had high expectations from Bombay Bhel as they are great for their punjabi food.

Come here all the time with my family. Decided to order through skip the dishes, $75.00 later for 3 *meals* and they did not include rice or naan bc they have to pay skip the dishes a certain amount. Spoke to the manager and he was rude, his name was Deep and just over spoke me... If they aren't going to give you the full meal but still charged full price it should be in writing before you order.

Since moving from India to Canada in Jul'19, I found this to be the best Indian food in GTA. The taste and the texture of the sumptuous dishes (and even the heavy stainless steel cutlery) reminded me of the many lunch stops taken at dhabas in Northern India. Do not remember having such delicious north Indian food (Kadhai Paneer, Dal Makhani, Malai Kofta, Kheer) even in my 5 years of living in 'Bombay' a few years back. The Kadhai paneer, especially, was exactly how it should be- don't know why most fancier restaurants I have tried in GTA find it so tricky to crack. My compliments to the chef(s), will visit again.

I’ve been eating Bombay Bhel since I was little. Lately I’ve been getting it to go and the wait time is not bad. I usually order the chicken tikka (best ever!) with side fries that are highly addictive. Can’t forget about the amazing naan bread (drools) I can always count on their food being everything and more. Never disappointed. Will always visit this awesome restaurant.

Great place to go if you're craving for Indian food. It's a hidden little gem in Mississauga. We had few grill and curry and wanted to come back for next meal. Their rice pudding dessert was delicious and can't wait to come back.

Great food! The variety is amazing. The lamb korma is particularly good! (Also well worth calling in your order direct from the store instead of going through an app, if you call direct then either rice or naan is included with each dish rather than extra)

Worse customer service ever, we ordered food at 5pm called and confirmed if the food is ready at 5:30, we reached the restaurant at 6 pm and they said, " yes it shows ur order was for 5:30 its already taken by someone, we don't have ur food" , basically they never even got my order ready, when I asked where is that lady we spoke to at 5:30 who said my food is ready they started shouting and said "that lady's shift is over she is gone, we don't have food someone took it already" this order was not set up for any delivery it was for us to pick, they stated screaming at me in front of my duaghter and then refused to give me food, after requesting them to get my food ready they took another 1 mins and then gave my order to me at 6:17..basically very unsensitive people, In front of my daughter they were shouting at me and had no food ready for me.

Good food , but always scared by their hideous decor and strings of dirt hanging from the horrible plastic flowers they have on each table.....until I looked at their ceiling and saw long strands of years of dirt hanging down from the plastic plants up there too. They are the only ones with the worst looking roof in the entire strip plaza .. such a bad visual...while their other locations are decent. I wonder if the owners ever care ???

Tried the street food (Sev puri, Dahi puri and royal falooda). First off, there's no wada pav, dabeli etc, if you're naming a restaurant bombay bhel, then serve bombay street food. The dahi poori was quite tasteless, felt like I was actually eating dahi and puri, no spice. Sev puri also lacked flavor. The royal falooda was basically milk and roohafza with sevia, no ice cream, no dry fruits, disappointing. The straw they gave was a thin paper straw, so yeah, drinking it wasn't fun either. Haven't tried their main course, but after my experience with the street food, that's not happening.

The food is not spicy at all yet it has the taste and the aroma of Indian food. The tandoori platter is excellent. They are probably the only restaurant that server nan or rice with the entrees. I find the price-to-portion ration very reasonable.

What a gem !! We were thrilled by the service,the ambiance and the food.We have been to many Indian restaurants before and this clearly one of the best . We ordered vegetable samosas, chicken saag ,chicken tikka masala.and garlic naan. What a great surprise ! The naan was enormous ! Everything was totally delicious and plentiful ! Kudos to the chef! Our server Renu , was so very attentive and friendly , even though we had come in very late to this restaurant . She is certainly a keeper ! Deepak , the manager , was very personable and welcoming .He also helped us enjoy our late evening meal.

Ordered kardhai chicken from this place thru skip the dishes. Food was half cooked, Ended up throwing it in garbage. Called and let them know as well! Apparently they think a discount voucher on next visit will resolve poor quality issues. Declined the offer and never ordering from them again. Save your time, money, most importantly health and don’t order from this place.

This place has gone down hill. We used to go weekly when we lived here years ago but their quality has declined. Today was my first visit as we were back in town and we ordered through Skip the Dishes. I know they used to have their curry dishes come with rice or naan. When I received my order today there was no rice. Who serves a curry dish with no rice? I went to the store and the employee told me that takeout gets rice or naan but delivery does not. But the Skip the Dishes menu is IDENTICAL to the one online. Rice was $4.50 after tax. So I paid $17.95 plus tax for 5oz of chicken and sauce? That’s all? Wow. I don’t think I’ll be returning here over $4.50 just because I think that incredibly shady to give rice with your takeout meal but not delivery? Very dishonest.

I’m very disappointed with the food quality @ Bombay bhel. Heard such great things but the food I’m afraid was not up to par today. Ordered Goat Curry & bhel via skip - you’d think if the name is in the title, the dish would be amazing - unfortunately it felt like it had been sitting out for days and tasted very bland. I had to throw it out. The Goat curry - completely watered down and no flavour. I’m a big fan of goat curry and I have tried a lot of places in Mississauga and regrettably this was by far the lowest in terms of quality. I won’t be returning to this establishment.

Authentic Indian food you'll crave for...Venture out from butter chicken and try the aloo gobi, fish pakora, paneer and goat. Wouldn't be complete without raita and naan. They accommodate spice level which is a bonus!

Worst chole bhature I ever had, so over priced, no salt and no masalas- BLAND TASTE, the chole were uncooked, and they’re not even apologetic about it, when we called the restaurant the manager said that we sell 100 plates per day and they serve large amount of quantity per plate, but isn’t quantity> quality? I love the food. On top of all, i like to appreciate the caring and helping management. I thought I forgot my mobile on the table, went back to the restaurant to look for the mobile and the manager and his team helped me with so much patience by looking all over the place even emptied the garbage. They asked me to go home and took my alternate number and said they will call me if they find my mobile. Luckily I found my mobile when I came home. I really appreciate, thanks once again to the manager.

Went for our birthday lunch here. No issues with server or service. The food was sub sub par. We used to have dates at the Hurrontario location 11 years ago and the food was impeccable. This location does not match up. In fact it was just very very good except the naans. We did tandoori platter butter xhicken and malai kofta.

Very unimpressed with the curry, naan and rice. Their curry is really lacking in seasoning; salt helped, but it still felt lacking of the flavours you would find in a good curry. If you like Bombay Bhel, this location will disappoint. Hop on a bus or drive down to the one at Hurontario and Eglington for something that actually tastes good.

We ordered take out the other day for a mix of people - americans and Indians. If you live in the US - this is probably better Indian food than the average Indian restaurant there. In Toronto, its average - the food is average, the portions are okay..However, the tandoori chicken was excellent! Would I go there again? I dont know. Depends on how hungry I am.
