I check out their website and it indicates they have a room available. They require that you fill out a Naborly rental application, which is not at all suited for students who are supported by their parents, it takes two hours to collect all the information they require, personal information like bank statements etc, and then at the end of the application process you find out it will cost you $35 to register with Nabory to submit the application! On top of that the renter does not provide a phone number to contact them to confirm if there is a room still available. Three days later I get an email saying the room had already been rented. Red flags all over the place, don't waste your time with this place!

I live here for a year and a half and had a great rental experience. The feel of the place is really rather inspiring. probably the best student rental in Pembroke all concidering. Also, the owner was very prompt regarding any issues which made the experience all that much smoother. I highly recommend.

I spent 2 years here while at school. Very close to Algonquin College and the grocery stores in the area. A beautiful home with many rooms for quiet studying. Landlord was understanding, very fair and easy to get along with.
