While the selection of apparel and supplies are nice, the actual system is disorganized when it comes to the supply of books. A required book, which was out of stock had a note on it to do a rain check online. Upon getting home and attempting to do the rain check, the system informed me that there was actually 21 copies of the book remaining at the store. So I returned to the store, and was told that the system is frequently wrong and that there actually are no copies. This was a little frustrating, as I wasted a lot of time for something so easily avoidable. Even if they left a note where the book should be saying that the system is misreporting the amount in stock, that would have sufficed. If these issues were fixed, I would give the store 5 stars as it is otherwise a good book store.

The Queen's Campus Bookstore has an amazing selection of quality merchandise in a convenient location. From cozy Queen's rugby shirts in a range of colours to beautiful branded jewelry (Queen's crown necklaces, cufflinks, etc) ...there is a nice variety of gift / memento items for parents, alumni, and visitors as well as essentials for students. The staff are super friendly and helpful which makes for a very pleasant shopping experience.

The go to place for books and some Queen's merchandise on campus, everything costs a pretty penny even if it is just screen printed shirts but there are some very high quality pieces here as well as every book you could ever need for any classes at Queen's. What's nice is that you can sell your old books back to them for a little bit of extra money

Always a pleasure dealing with the Bookstore staff. If you see something on the website I suggest you go see it in person before you order it (they usually have everything from the site at the store, plus more). It also seems their selection changes rather frequently, which is nice.

Finding my way around campus was easy and the bookstore was no exception. A cute little place, the campus bookstore itself was a little hard to find since the signs outside was so very faded. Once inside, staff were very friendly and helpful. We easily found what we were looking for and were given several helpful recommendations by various staff members. As it was the week before school started, there were tons of boxes everywhere but this probably changes once school starts. Parking was easy to find with both paid and free options available (earlier in the morning).
