The best residence on Queen's Campus. A defining location for my first year, I will always love it.

It's a nice building, but horrible staff. The cleaning staff steal resident belongings from your room (even if out of sight and in drawers) and residence staff do nothing about it when reported. If you value your belongings, don't live or stay here.

Positives: Bathroom only shared with next door room and not the whole floor. TV (if that matters to you, didn't for me). Okay distance to dining halls and such. Biweekly cleaning of your bathroom by Queens staff. Nice bed. Negatives: The room itself is an overhyped prison cell that dangles $15k a year. Walls are extremely thin and terrible at reducing noise. Impossible to have complete security and privacy because bathroom doors can be locked/unlocked from both sides. Only every other room has a thermostat to adjust temperature however it also affects the adjacent room (seriously, why?). Not that it matters much since it only ever blew out cold air for me. Had numerous problems with aforementioned cleaners not re-locking my door after they were done and gone.
