I work here, so visit daily. Well maintained and managed. Clean restrooms and includes both a rooftop Arboretum and a main floor restaurant.

I was taking my 83 year old mom to heart clinic. Clinic awesome! Students letting a older women with cane go through doors..not so nice. No stepping aside or holding door. i know they would be going to another class..but really no one..used manners. Very surprised actually, people are generally very kind to older folks!

It's an academic building on Queen's campus, so nothing too interesting here. There are two Tim Hortons in it which accept credit (unlike the one in the ARC which is cash/meal plan only)

The Bioscience complex is a great building with a beautiful atrium with actual live tree in it

I value this mostly for the atrium, where Queen's holds many events such as my School's "Creative Computing Day" -- plus the only Tim Horton's location on campus that takes Tim cards :)
