Great school that been around over 50 years. The instructors are amazing, I suggest checking out ratemyprofessor website before picking your classes. Most classes are online due to pandemic but there are components where students need attend practiums and clinical work style settings. School soon to be accredited. Great learning atmosphere. The food in the vending machines and the Tim Hortons is unhealthy and so is the restaurant. This institution has a great extended benefits package and also has underground parking for students. Parking passes available through bookstore.

Kids vaccination centre could do with a bit of guidance from the parking lot. Huge campus so not really easy finding it if we are new to the place. Vaccination Clinic is at the Cafeteria area. Look for the Security or information centre or cafe from the sign boards

Really beautiful campus! The cafeteria let’s the high school students from the school next door use it and the seating is shared with them. Sometimes it is very very noisy when you eat and immature. If you have earphones you may be able to get some peace. The classrooms are nice, from the outside all the windows are tinted a bit blue which creates a calm but pretty atmosphere when you get there. There are a lot of grass areas which is also appealing to the eye. This campus is more quiet than at New Westminster, except for the cafeteria. This campus’s library is also very quiet and has beautiful views from the windows. The atmosphere is great for studying!! New West has more computers though!

An excellent post secondary institution. I had the pleasure of sending both my kids here after highschool. My daughter's thriving with her nursing degree and my son was able to pursue a masters at UBC. Great atmosphere, student support and network of teachers. Highly recommended.

I am not a student here but I had my exam invigilation here and the staff were accommodating and really helpful. They were able to assist me in getting a convenient exam schedule and location. They provided me a well-lit, quiet room in the Registrar's office to take my final exam. The rate was $25 per hour including the proctor. I would definitely recommend Douglas for exam proctoring needs.

The program coordinators have no idea what's going on. I don't know if they feign stupidity to avoid dealing with difficult issues or if they are actually legitimately unprepared to do their jobs. I'm sure this goes above the coordinators but really it is downright embarrassing. They "guarantee employment" immediately after graduation, however half of my graduating class is still unemployed.... A complete waste of money and to top it off they do a poor job of actually preparing their students for successful employment.

Don't go here the best job you can get is a 15 dollar an hour job they promise you more however that's most likely not the case unless you will go into furthering your education to a university or BCIT most of the courses are a scam they also do lie so be careful...

The best college ever! They have small classes and very excellent instructors. I prefer Coquitlam Campus over the New Westminster campus.
