Not bad for a french cegep. The student council/executive group has a few problems that need to be taken care of. However on terms of teaching staff, I find that most program teachers are friendly and welcoming. The music program is filled with great players. Had a bad experience with general education classes here.

Go inside the CEGEP and you will find it depressing. If you live in the Saint-Laurent neighborhood and want to go to a CEGEP near you, go to Vanier even if it's in English. Vanier is already much better than Saint-Laurent. If you do not want to go in English, then go to Montmorency. This college is renovated and it is a very good cegep. (Original) Je vais à ce cégep et je ne l'aime même pas. Ça a besoin d'être rénové et il n'y a pas assez de services. Tout ce qui est intéressant au Cégep de Saint-Laurent est les toilettes avec des graffitis. Allez voir l'intérieur du cégep et vous allez trouver ça déprimant. Si vous habitez dans le quartier de Saint-Laurent et que vous voulez aller à un cégep proche de chez vous, allez à Vanier même si c'est en anglais. Vanier est déjà beaucoup mieux que Saint-Laurent. Si vous ne voulez pas aller en anglais, dans ce cas allez à Montmorency. Ce collège est rénové et c'est un très bon cégep.

Still new to this cegep, but I can say that all the teachers and workers have treated me very nicely. I haven't got the chance to actually "study" inside the school due to the pandemic, nonetheless this seems like a great environment and place to study!

Service d'aide au niveau de la santé mentale et du milieu familial facile d'accès et efficace, l'école fais beaucoup de sensibilisation contre les comportements prédateurs ou hercelants. Certains élèves élaborent des projets sur ce genre de sujets et le cégep est prêt à les mettres de l'avant. En bref, expérience agréable, professeurs compétents, services accessibles et efficaces, tout ça dans un collège impliqué et réceptif aux problèmes soulevés par les jeunes.

Teachers arent giving the same info on the same subject...need to check out online in order to see witch info was right and witch one was false....well.....wait...why bother going there then?? Always need to double check online or in books...waste of money and time ! Google is teaching me...but i paid school in hope teachers would.... Plus..planes are flying right over this cegep..so evry 15-20 min we are bothered with a RRRRRRROOOOOOORRRRRRR.....really annoying ! That make teachers closing the windows during a canicule or just when evryone is suffocating (no ventilation..too many students per class..too hot and not evry class rooms has AC). /claps ! My star go to the only positive point..yes there is one! The metro du collège is near by..so we can leave that place fast !! And never ever come back !
