Surprise that there only two reviews and that both are negative. I had the complete opposite experience. I wish all customer service was as helpful as this company. They saved me from buying a textbook that was mistakenly recommended for my course. If they carry future text books I may need, this will be my first stop. I wish the rep who helped me put their name in the email signature so I could thank them.

Their website stated the book was in stock and would ship in 4-6 business days when the book was not in stock and it was only upon inquiry after purchasing the book and not receiving a tracking number for a week that I found out the book was out of stock and would not be shipped for 3-4 business weeks. This was a textbook, I urgently needed for school so I did not cancel it. In the end, I was not in the country when the book was shipped and it ended up being returned to sender. They refused to waive the restocking fee of $35 (because they said the return took more than 14 days. Interestingly they never contacted me to let me know the book had been returned nor initiated the credit order without my inquiry into what had happened to the book.) They charged me a $20 return to sender fee on top of that which they claimed covers the return to sender fee charged by Canada Post but Canada post only charges the same shipping costs as originally charged. In general, they seem unresponsive and overpriced. If you need text books I would get them elsewhere.
