This is worst institute for anyone. I paid my money for the course but the next day I changed my mind and according to all the refund policy I applied for my refund. But its been 9 months now. They don’t pick my call or reply to any of my email. Totally unprofessional. Sending a legal notice now with my lawyer. Ministry will take care of this fraud now. I am also adding my student ID incase you guys refuse to accept that i am actually a student. VIKAS KALRA STUDENT ID - KALV17100001

Don't trust them. They let me down, failed to their goals, broke agreement and promises. They even lied several times about Ministry of Education procedures to stop me claiming rights. They lost many of my grades and I had to show copy of my tests to prove them I had passed the course. I had to expose myself to COVID several times by going to school because they didn't want to solve several problems over the phone or video.

They are just for snach ur money even giving wrong information on offer letter . Don't have proper staff. Even any batch is not pass out from CCSQ. They don't care about the students future. Making new rules to make money . So plz don't join

If I could give 0 stars or stars in the negatives, I would. Unfortunately, the lowest I can give is 1 star. They are unorganized, unprofessional, lack basic customer service skills, increase frustration and are staffed by people who cannot speak english. If you are an international student, do not get yourself involved in this. International students are the people who pay triple the prices and this college takes advantage of you, especially considering the current global pandemic. They do not uphold their policies. I finally got through to one staff member, Seema, she was rude. She was ignorant. She was talking over me. She hung up on me when she disagreed with me instead of hearing me out. I have tried calling back for hours, only to be ignored. Don't bother emailing them because they do not respond or when they do, it is completely ridiculous.

Quiet good place. After they've changed administration there was a few things that were mixed up with my paperwork, but quickly resolved by staff. No complain there. I've started my course recently and I'm happy with them. They really try to understand and help with everyone's situation and that deserves respect.
