Universite Laval's Montreal branch is small, buy very accessible with all the essentials. The classes all have water dispensers. The kitchen for students is very clean, a good size and under utilized. If I had to give a complaint the bathrooms require a code which is normal for downtown Montreal businesses but not a school.
