The recently made mobile check-in an option. So you can check in from wherever and be in line till your turn comes. You can get more time as well if needed or leave it if you want. It is pretty convenient. The website has more information on how this works etc but I'm really glad they thought of it.

I find the staff at Enrolment Services extremely helpful with answering questions and advising on who to ask when they do not have the answer. Great set-up!

The staff are so helpful and friendly, makes being at the University a pleasure.

Emily Hrenewich, an enrollment services advisor dismissed my request to review an error regarding my assigned date for course registration. Even after explaining the wrong designation on my student status, she neglected to take any action. I requested a senior staff member to review my status and the error was rectified. But it wasn’t until the advisor pawned off my case to another colleague that it got reviewed. She failed to respond to my emails.
