I was greeted with a gruff ‘HOLD ON’ instead of with appropriate warmth by this guy from Reception. I don't know his name, but I always see him during Night Shifts. Most probably Indian not sure of the name but I guess I heard Aviir/Abir. He is very rude to students and mostly tries to avoid listening. I noticed a couple of times he couldn't give my parcel after I received my SFU mail parcel delivery notification and told me instead I didn't have any and started using his Phone(which is very unprofessional), However when I went to check in the morning I did receive a parcel and I double-checked with the staff in the reception that it was delivered the previous night. It's very frustrating to see someone in residence office so lazy to get up from their seat, and it happened more than once. I also heard from a friend of mine who was also treated rudely by this same Indian guy. I request a manager or someone who is in charge to look into the matter and not give him night shifts alone as I feel very uncomfortable going in the office at night when he works, sames goes to my friends. I request that you take disciplinary action against this staff.

Most of the staff is very rude and will just undermine you. Dustin is the only one in the staff which even respects us and treats us good. Others will walk away while you're still talking. Not just employees but this supervisor always demeans you in a way that she knows what better for you every time. Parcels take a minimum of 3-4 days to process and if you call to inquire and if you are lucky enough that they pick up, you get a sorry please wait for email and then they hang up instead of even listening for a second. The only star I am giving is for Dustin, rest need serious reprimanding.

I am complaining regarding the front desk associate named Morgan, she is very unreliable, lazy, doesn’t want to work properly. I have dealt with her multiple times, I just feel like she is not suitable for the front desk position. I request her immediate suspension from desk today. #SUSPENDMORGAN
