Trent University Campus. One of the best University in Ontario. The place is so mesmerizing that you will not feel like you are in a educational institution. I think its a very good place to visit during fall.

I love Trent, its such a hidden gem and definitely has the most beautiful campus you'll ever see!! there's so much school spirit, not highly respected academically but a really fun time and since it's a smaller community it feels like a big home where you know everybody :)

Inconsistant quality of instruction, seems to be going downhill year over year. Very frustrating to deal with staff or to appeal any decisions. Academic advising was not helpful or knowledgeable so I had to get a lot of help from upper year students in designing my program. Overall it has been a disapointing and frustrating experiance.

Why do exams end on the 23rd here ?? I would like to be home then. Every university has exams ended around the 15-17! Also useless requirements at this place. I deeply regret coming here and look forward to transferring to another school. Don’t come here ..

I will try to give a unbiased review for this place. First of for the people that grew up in the GTA like Brampton, Hamilton or etc your gonna find it very isolating here. There aren't many things to do here. Second of all the architecture of the university is not good compared to other universities. Third of all, in terms of academics its okay. But i do feel as if TA's really cut off mark for nonsense reasons. Fourth of all there's too many useless requirements at this place which don't have anything to do with your degree like taking courses that don't really help you(apparently there's a indigenous course requirement, THIS IS COPYING THE IDEA FROM HIGHSCHOOLS). UPDATE so schools like UOT can shut down although they reported no cases throughout the fall term while Trent did have cases and has no intentions of shutting down!

As a strong student who has received thousands of dollars in scholarship funds from this institution, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you pursue a higher education elsewhere. Just not a quality university.
