Great place to learn with great teachers Dalton and Heather. Like in a lot of cases, it seems they are fulfilling multiple roles and trying to keep up with online and In classroom learning, and I feel they did a good job with that balancing act. Very happy with the online course delivery option and support/advice from my teachers. Affordable courses in comparison to other colleges with similar course content. Great online website and course platform. SaskPolyTech gets my 5 stars all in all. I’d recommend any of my coworkers or friends to study here!

Second year at saskpoly and this year was straight up horrible. The instructors were too busy dealing with their own drama between each other to even care about their students. When you try to talk about issues, the instructors will shut you down immediately unless they have the same views as you do. The head of my program had no idea what was going on, my instructors talked down about her to their students. Completely unprofessional people. frustrated at the lack of professionalism and communication.

I had the worst time in my life attending this school. I worked hard on studying and did very well in my classes, but when I ran into an issue, I received no support from anyone. They don't care to help you succeed, both teachers and administration. This is regarding their Medical Lab Technology program.

The professors for the online courses have zero interest in helping you. They basically toss you in the deep end and don’t care if you drown or swim. If you have any questions, don’t bother emailing. You ask 4 questions and you’ll get a one line email answering only one. Or you’ll email two or three times before they even respond days later. Calling them? Don’t bother. There’s never an answer. So you’re paying all this money to basically teach yourself and god forbid you need help with some clarification, they don’t care! Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone.

Poor program advising and no priority for Saskatchewan residents. I got bumped for international students even though I already have a degree and good marks. Since Saskatchewan taxpayer money supports this institution you'd think Saskatchewan residents would receive priority placement over international students but that's not the case. Many institutions do this and it's common practice. But at Saskpolytech they told me there was a long waitlist and I would receive no priority placement over international students. Thanks for supporting Saskatchewan! Not lol.

Best service I've gotten from the professors, they are all very nice and care about student needs. I get lots of feedbacks on assignments and constructive criticisms that helps me do well on other papers. The professors does more than their fair share to ensure students are doing well including taking the time to listen to what their student's need to be accommodated in class. I was able to talk to my prof about personal issues that affects my productivity in class and expect minimal understanding nothing more than a update. The update was taken seriously and I was able to come up with a effective solution instantly with the help of my trained prof knowing how to deal with student crisis. My productivity quickly returned to normal state and I was able to safely pass my papers if it wasn't for a prof I would've probably spend months in therapy which is a slow process.

Request to all international students. Please don't take admission in Saskatchewan polytechnic moosejaw campus. Teachers are so racist here, every year from each class they are failing 4-5 students. And nobody is here to listen students voice. And pls dnt take admission for 1 year Post Graduate business management, there is no opportunity for job after taking this program and saskpolytech is not helping in placements.

I would like to choose zero star, because their service is awful. You can reach prim minster more easier than Saskpolytech's staff. They faced a cyber-security attack and after 2 month they still struggle, the funniest thing they have a course and they only proud themselves. It is shameful!!!! underneath of all this comments will show a copy past messages from saskpolytech ....

did not attend school this year because aldice smallchild refused to return my calls about my application. this has made a big impact on my life in a negative way thanks very much for not helping and leaving 1 person that is not good at there job to be in charge of something important. ALSO: replied to "Response from the owner" and no replies from the "owner" just some automated message saying my message would be replied to in 2 days but nothing again. DONT REPLY SAYING YOU GOING TO CONTACT WHEN YOU HAVENT DONE ANY CONTACTING AT ALL !

Love the instructor on the Accounting on evening class this semester, Mr. Kendal Wilson,if I can give him more than 5 star I would do.,very helpful, very considerate and approachable. I love the online classes as well and I would recommend it to everyone that has a busy lifestyle and already working full time but feel the need to improve and wants to have a career upgrade. The registration staff need to care a little bit more on the students. I had not so nice inconvenient experience on applying my student loan.

I'm in the Davies building to the side. So far I haven't talked to one person in administration that actually cares about helping students. They simply focus on their numbers specifically the program head for adult 12. 2 stars were given because teachers seem to care. I feel like I will be attending a different school for post secondary because of this experience.

A great trades school. Instructors quiz you a lot. Give you extra practice tests and handouts if you need the extra practice. Very hands on and they don't move on to the next subject until everyone understands

Not impressed with the refund policy (non existent), specifically when so many people are out of work right now and taking in person classes are not an option. The fact that there is an expiration date for my money to be used when there is no guarantee of when classes will be back to "normal" and that regularly a person loses their whole deposit if they're unable to attend for any personal reason (which I was told was stated in the payment agreement-saw it NO WHERE), is disgusting and theft. Also having a lot of trouble with responses to simple questions about potential courses from instructors. BTW- the communications email DOESN'T EXIST!!!

The worst experience ever, my study permit was rejected on June 6, I filled a withdrawal form on June 7 and sent the rejection letter on June 11 as requested to process the refund of my deposit,, I received an automatic email stating to allow 15 days for processing the form, more than 21 days later I sent asking about the status of my form and they sent to me new form where I consent on not getting any refund, I am writing every day now and calling with no meaningful response, in spite of the fact that I am still hoping to get my money back but I regret this choice.

I left poly tech because of the discrimination i faced from one instructor in the electronics system engineering tech. I tried to complain about him but I faced the whole admin against me and supported him even i have proof of it. The only support I got from students services.

Very difficult to navigate the facility. The staff just direct you from one place to another and another so you just walk around for half an hour to get an answer. The staff is not at their workplace during working hours and when they are they don’t even provide clear or complete instructions.

Has, got to be one of the worst Tech School's in Canada! No Practice exams, No extra work on their systems for trades training constantly cramming down information praying you know enough knowledge to pass "end of phase exams", Many instructors have no Lesson plans sometimes you make you teach yourself! from the modules Recommend taking you're Apprenticeship in BC(BCIT) or Alberta(SAIT, NAIT or Lakeland college) and don't get stuck in Saskatchewan with trades training gladly live and work in Sask but Certainly not going to school their, pay the little extra and get quality you deserve.

Terrible place to learn. My professors had no consideration for personal issues and had way too high expectations, considering I was in TWELVE classes at once. Maybe consider not overloading your students. Also withdrew early enough to get half my tuition back but I had to call them 20 times to get them to send it and often lied to me claiming it was sent, yet the cheque was dated for a week after my last complaint. Took them 4 months to finally send it.

if i could give negative 5 stars i would!!! ive been dealing with this place for 6 years and have nothing but trouble with every course i sign up for ( i am taking distance education ) if my employer was not paying for my courses i would have stopped years ago!!!!!!

Communication is the biggest issue with this school. I have dealt with it, as well as MANY friends/family. The school claims to be cheaper than the university but I paid more for my courses here so I wish they wouldn’t lie about this. Also, universities have syllabus’, where all the course info is found. Saskpoly likes to use a online program called bright space where you have to be constantly searching all over the website for info. I have emailed profs about exams and it would be like pulling teeth to just find out where/when the exams are. And then I get to the exam, without a laptop which i needed in order to write the exam. Well they made sure to send emails about how no one can where hoodies or jewellery into the exam, but never mentioned that we needed a laptop, and I wasn’t the only one. I also didn’t need my student ID so anyone could have wrote the exam, but dangly necklaces are such a concern? You would think that bringing your own laptop info would be in the program or course manuals but no, I finally found it written ONCE in a link under the one file on bright space, not bolded or highlighted either. I also still don’t know the due date for a major assignment. Creating a syllabus with all this info would make a lot more sense. Oh and a lot of the courses are waitlisted. “First come first serve” basis. If programs have a 2 year wait list, I don’t get why they don’t have a competitive application for these courses like X-ray and lab. And parking is a joke. Pay $260/semester to park in gravel lots with pot holes that will cause your frame to hit the ground. This school makes it sound like they care so much about their students but they don’t. Some courses have way more credits per semester then you could ever take at one time at any university! I’m regretting not taking my course through a university outside of my province and only came here because it was closer to home. Beware of tuition, minimal and confusing communication, parking, and that most credits won’t transfer to a university, even though some courses claim they will!
