It's the old mechanical engineering building of the university of Alberta. Previous, department faculty and staff members used to have their offices here, but now, they have been moved to another location. Although old, the building is well equipped and fully functional. There are some lecture theaters, labs, graduate students' offices and so forth. I would definitely recommend this place.
