Looking for a decent kid friendly hotel with a water slide and breakfast included. Breakfast turned out to be a cold grab bag with an orange and a plain bland bagel. Shampoo was almost empty so I called the front desk to make sure it gets filled… apparently this hotel requires you to book with them to arrange for your room to be cleaned each day, by default you have no service. I booked the room service and naturally they never came. Initially it was ok, room is fairly new, very plain, bed is decent, service is non-existent.

A brief stay in Calgary was comfortable and restfull. Staff friendly and helpful , providing Covid protocals upon arrival. Room lay out was good, bed comfortable and bathroom very clean with a good layout.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than anticipated and the staff were super helpful in helping me check in earlier. I had no problems with the room or breakfast. It was a great experience. I would stay there again in the future.
