I wish you could put negative stars but you can't so 1 star it is! The lack of customer service at this place is repulsive! They lack basic communication skills and con you into booking a trip without properly informing you on the cancellation policies. When you attempt to cancel they tell you to hold off and when you do, and attempt to cancel again, they now tell you your past the deadline and will lose your money. EXTREMELY unprofessional! They expect you to call them to get answers and when you call them after all of the unanswered calls and emails and get frustrated at them they tell you "not to be mad" EXCUSE ME?! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Unless you love wasting money and receiving poor customer service!!

I have booked dozens of trips with Sam at Carlson Wagonlit. I would (and have numerous times) recommend(ed) her and this company to multiple friends and family, and will continue to do so. I have received nothing but excellent recommendations, attentive service, carefree cancellation (when required), and before, during, and after travel care and questions. When the resort, or airline, or hotel was not what it was supposed to be, Sam went above and beyond to make sure that the company refunded or vouchered me for future travel. I can't say enough good things about this company. Sam now knows me, knows my likes and dislikes, and makes recommendations based on that knowledge. You can't get that from an online broker. Would recommend, and will continue to use, and refer!
