You could get maps of different areas, sometimes they have discount tickets for attractions, can get various travel items, if you're a member there's discounts, they have suit cases, purses, backpacks and other items.

Worst road side service , 4 hours wait time in the cold , before this I experienced the same wait in another city where I was stuck !! Gonna cancel my membership , it’s worth paying a tow truck then waiting 4 hours and the worst thing is when they lie to you regarding the time .

Don't try to get any info over the phone. You have to leave your name, phone number and CAA number and then you wait for someone to call you back. NOT a great way to do things.
