About a month ago I had my last conversation on the phone with this company. They were very displeased with my review (which has since been suspiciously deleted) and promised to give me a $50 refund because of the lack of customer service I received. They had one condition though; that I change my review to one with 3 or more stars. I said that I felt I couldn't change it because what I said was true but that I was very appreciative of the refund and would pass the word along in the film industry that they weren't that bad. WELL. A month has passed, I never received the refund onto my credit card, and my previous review was deleted. I can say with GREAT confidence that you should take your business elsewhere. I will repost my original review and I will KEEP reposting it if they keep deleting it. This company has left a sick taste in my mouth.

We rented a limo tonight for my mothers 65th birthday. We have used Time in the past and were happy with the service. Tonight we were picked up punctually by Bob from Time Limousine Service. We realized en route that we were going to be *very* early and with a quick chat with a driver he made a route change and ended up taking us on a scenic tour and still got us to dinner 5 minutes early. After dinner he was there before we needed him, so no wait time, and proceeded to take us on another tour of white rock and surrounding areas, again getting us back to our house within a couple minutes of our end time. Easy, reliable, professional. Made our evening, thank you Bob!

I use this company very often. My most recent trip involved in unvaccinated driver called Walter that kept on telling me how Canada is oppressive and that vaccines can kill you. Over the last two months they have been constantly late, and sometimes your drivers try not to wear masks for some reason. They have to smarten up. Each ride from the airport cost 120 bucks plus tip they should appreciate that. My last ride was 42 minutes late- after a 12 hour day of work and then a plane ride I did not need to wait for the honour of paying limo prices.

I am a manager at a renowned and worldwide franchise hotel property (the brand competes with Starwood, we shall say), and I just finished a curt phone call with a gentleman who was so unapologetically rude that I decided to immediately write this one star review. I understand that my phone call is not valuable to you because you have no vehicles available at the time my guests wish to depart (at least that is how you made me feel when you HUNG UP ON ME MID SENTENCE), but you could have done me the courtesy of thanking me for my phone call considering I intended to provide you with business. Or at the very least say goodbye. Highly unprofessional, hanging up on a potential business client mid sentence. Regardless of your fleet size and quality, or your drivers' performance, you will not be receiving business from me, my property, or my agents again.

June 2015 We used this service to take our family of 8 to Vancouver Harbour to board a 7 day cruise. It was a very special trip! The phone service was terrific, they gave a reminder call to confirm and they showed up on time. The driver loaded the bags and professionally completed the drop off. Before departing I asked him to adjust our return time by 30 minutes, he shook his head, agreed and I thought we were all set. When we returned, no limo at the adjusted time. At that point I phoned in and was told that if we wanted to change the time that we should have called into the office. To which my reply was, then the driver should not have left us with the impression that he would take care of it. On the late return ride we noticed almost immediately that the large side window by the bar area was popped out. The window was hanging out of it's frame. We brought this to the driver's attention and discovered that he was not concerned! He asked us to fix it!! He did not stop the vehicle and he did not give us any direction. We made a first attempt and were unsuccessful, reporting this to the driver he did not show any concern. With the persistence of our son he continued to work on it and eventually fixed the window. This was a safety issue and the driver did not handle it as such. The driver's command of the English language was lacking which made us wonder how much he actually understood about the situation. Most of the time he politely nodded. Then the matter of tipping. Tipping is a personal choice. If ANY company suggests that the tip will be automatically added, it leaves a very BAD taste in my mouth. This driver proved beyond a shadow of doubt that he was not providing EXCEPTIONAL service. What he did provide was what was required of him and no more. Therefore, his "tip" would reflect that, if in fact we chose to give him one. When any employee begins to think that they are "owed" something extra for doing their job they have missed the point of service. Provide the best possible service, beyond what the customer expects, and you will be rewarded. The only person that can make this judgement call is the customer. Will I use this company again? The verdict is still out. Will I recommend them? I wish I could say that I will.

This was my first time hiring Time Limousine and I loved their service! What I found really unique about the limo that I requested was that it was a 6 door limo. Experience with this company was terrible from the start. Ordered a party bus for 30 people and ended up getting a party bus for 20 people. Had guests that couldn't even fit in the bus that we got because of their mistake. The company decides to charge me an extra amount of cash from my deposit and when I asked for an explanation they said it was because "I had more people than the bus was able to carry". As if that's my fault that you didn't provide me with the 30 person bus I initially asked for. Terrible customer service skills, and lack common sense. I hardly ever complain about anything but this experience was a flat out joke. Wouldn't recommend this Limo company to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with the services I received from here. I had ordered a luxury SUV over a month prior to the date I requested it. When the day arrived, a very old limo showed up. That was not what I ordered. I paid a lot of money and I am very upset. Not only that my party and I had to cut our evening short because the driver came an hour early. I have tried to reach out to the management to discuss with no luck. Won't be using their services again.

Their website was easy to access and research. More importantly, we called them after 930pm and they answered their phone ever so graciously. He was very professional and friendly over the phone. He patiently gave us a break down of the costs and put together a new package to suit our needs. After confirming our booking with him over the phone, in less than a few short minutes, we received our invoices. He later called back to confirm that we had received our invoices. This service is the best out of all the wedding vendors we had to deal with for our special day. Thank you for making the booking an effortless process. We will definitely recommend this company!

Knowing how much Paul the manager hated my 1-star review being up here I have a very good feeling these reviews are all fake. Before three months ago they only had eight reviews over a span of two years. Now they are up to 25 reviews in a span of 2 months? They all sound the same too. I wouldn't believe them. Anyway this company does NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Please think twice about booking them for anything more significant than a ride to the airport. They will ruin your wedding day without any remorse, apology, or acceptance of blame.) Somehow Time Limo has gotten my last review deleted. I just want to make sure everyone is aware of what kind of company this is. It sounds like service is great and they do a good job when things go right. However, from what I can tell, if anything goes wrong they will never admit to anything. We had a terrible experience with them on our wedding day, as well. They caused extensive delays and weren't able to follow simple directions to pick up the bride. She ended up getting a ride to the wedding in a friend's car. But of course this was our fault, not theirs. Beware. ***UPDATE*** After a lengthy dispute process to get a 50% refund via BBB and Visa, we finally reached an agreement after five months that I would drop the BBB case and they would refund the full 50% through Visa. This was back in January. Turns out Time Limo found a way to go back on their word and weasled something on Visa's end and I just got charged back 25% of the fee on my card. THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. BEWARE!

You dispatched a different limousine than what was in the photos and what was discussed on two separate occasions. The bluetooth connection did not work on the drivers phone or either of our devices. The AUX cable provided was broken and distorted the sound of the music significantly. At the end of the limo ride, the driver informed me he was instructed to collect a photo of my credit card... which had NEVER been discussed with me beforehand. And considering I had paid for my entire booking upfront including tax and tip there was absolutely NO reason to request this. I spoke to a manager on the phone whom advised me this was their standard policy... which makes no sense. I refused to comply as there was no justified reason provided to me.

And teh best part... my wife forgot her cellphone in the Limo so we called dispatch and the driver was back within 10min with the phone and they UPGRADED our return Limo for our trouble. So we goofed, and they upgraded us for it. THANK YOU! We will definitely recommend them to friends and we will certainly use Time Limousine again.

We used Time Limo to get to and from the airport on a recent trip. Black sedan each way. We chose Time Limo because they advertise that they will provide a carseat for young children to travel safely. I was assured by the helpful dispatchers that the car would have a toddler seat installed in it when it arrived at our home for our trip to the airport. Unfortunately, the driver arrived with the carseat just strewn across the backseat. My husband asked him to install it, and then he proceeded to move the front seat back enough to wedge the carseat onto the backseat in a rear-facing position (I later discovered that Time only has forward-facing toddler seats...so this didn't make any sense). The seat was not belted down and attached using the LATCH system or anything. It was just loose on the backseat, bumped up against the front passenger seat... We paid an extra $10 or $15 for the carseat and this service, and my daughter was no safer than she would have been without the seat. Nevertheless, on the way home, I decided we had better go with the "devil you know" and try using them again. I stressed to the dispatcher (I believe it was the manager?) that the toddler carseat MUST be INSTALLED before the driver picked us up at the airport, and shared our previous experience. He assured me it would be installed. I got a call the day before my trip home to re-confirm my reservation (nice touch), and once again confirmed with the woman on the phone that the carseat would be installed. She assured me it would be. She also just wanted to check what type of seat I needed. I said a toddler seat, forward facing (since I had discovered they only have forward facing seats for toddlers at Time...). She asked the age of my child. I said 1 and a half. She said, okay a 1 year old. I said, Well, she's 1 and half, 19 months really. She said, Okay a baby seat for a 1 year old. I said, She's 1 and a half so she needs a toddler seat - She weighs too much for a baby seat. She said Okay. And what do you know, when we arrived at the airport, the seat was (very poorly) installed (moved side-to-side across the seat at least 6 inches each way), but was installed. And it was an INFANT seat! Rated up to 1 year old, and 22 lbs or something like that. My daughter is almost 30 lbs! This time, I took the time to more correctly install the seat, but still had to squish my daughter into this tiny infant bucket seat. Have no idea if this was safer than no carseat...but I hoped it was. Another $15 down the drain... Everyone I met / talked to at Time seemed very nice and intended to be helpful. The sedans themselves were clean enough. Drivers were on time. HOWEVER, if you advertise that you provide carseats INSTALLED in your vehicles upon request, you had better train your drivers on how to use them. Otherwise, what's the point? Note: we travelled to NYC on our trip and took an UBER Family car to the airport on that end. The Car Seat Lady has trained all the UBER Family drivers in the city on how to install their carseats, which that driver did expertly. We also paid far less than we did with Time and we got a large SUV, properly installed carseat, and twice as long drive to the airport (with tolls). Either take carseats out of your offering before someone gets injured, or provide every single one of your drivers with the training they need on the exact carseats they will be using. We arranged a pick up with Time limo for December 15th at 5:00pm. I advised the company that we have 4 stops. 1 in Langley 2 in surrey and 1 in burnaby. We were not picked up at the door and had to meet the driver down the street due to an emergency in the street. This resulted into time being wasted. When we met the driver she confirmed the locations that we were going to which was missing a stop in Surrey. She added the stop on the list and proceeded to punch it in her GPS which resulted to wasted time. We then proceeded to the first location which is a 15 min drive from the first location. The driver missed turns which resulted to more time being wasted. We then proceeded to the next stop in Surrey (approx 20 min away) we did not arrive until approx 6.15pm. We then left this and started to make our way to the next last stop before our final destination. As time was cutting it short we ended up having to cancel the last stop and proceed to the final destination. This resulted to the last party to pick up ended up having to take a taxi to the final destination costing them $50.00 one way. The driver was driving iratically and was driving over curbs. Multiple times we were having to hold on for our life. We did not get to our location until 7.18pm. We had told the company that we has to be there by 6.30 as the cruise was boarding for that time. This resulted to our company being charged double to wait as this was a public cruise. So at this point we are charged $636 for the limo, $100 for cabs and $2000 for the charge of the cruise. Now I am being told that I am going to be charged an additional $150 plus tax and gratualies as the limo took us to the casino. The pick up was pre arranged which we advised them we were to be picked up from Parq casino in Vancouver and we were told if times change for pick up then we just need to call them of the night and let them know. They advised there would be no extra charge. If there was additional charges the limo driver should have told us prior to agreeing to pick us up and take us to another destination. The limo driver had no problem as she was sitting in the limo waiting for us and said she had no problem driving us to the casino (10 min away from where we were). Now I spoke with the owner Paul and addressed my complaints. He proceeded to talk over me and tell me it was all my fault and that if we did not add an additional stop we would have made it. Which is not true as we had to end up cancelling the last stop on Burnaby. Also as stated before we had to walk to the limo driver. Paul advised me that he would be charging my card for the additional $150 plus taxes and tip which I responded and said that it is not authorized. He also advised me prior to the booking that the total was $600 inc tax and tip. He charged me $636. I addressed this with him and he said he would refund me the $36 which is yet to be done. He is quick to take his money yet refund money that was not agreed on. I have put a stop payment on my card for the unauthorized charge of $150 plus tax and tip as well as tan investigation on the additional $36 that he agreed to refund me but has not. Let see what Paul has to say. Most probably argue his way back as clearly shown in other reviews.

The driver came to the house extra early, had the car seat installed and was so helpful. We traveled with a different car service before were the driver was late and then didn't even have the car seat installed so it was really nice to finally find a service where the experience was so positive.

BE WARY OF NO SHOW The driver arrived on time to pick us up and was smooth getting to the venue. Getting home was not so smooth. I received a call at 1:27 am, which I missed. The limo was suppose to pick us up at 1:4 5am. We were outside by 1:50. If the limo did come we never received a second call trying to reach me or let me know they were leaving. It was freezing cold outside. I called around 2:05am wondering where the driver was. He informed me he had already left. They said they would send the limo back as he had "just left". We waited another 10 minutes until I called back. He said they would be another 5 minutes. At this time we had been outside for a very long time in the freezing cold. We waited a few more minutes then everyone jumped in cabs. I would expect from a reputable company any effort to try and reach the person they are picking up if there limo driver had shown up. Especially a follow up call if the driver is leaving.

**DO NOT BOOK**FOR YOUR WEDDING!! Very unprofessional. Driver REFUSED to drive the BRIDE to the church. I’m a wedding planner myself and this was my WORST nightmare. They were left at their pick up spot and was 45 min late to the church. I was in communication with the driver up until pick up time he placed the bride and bridal party in the limo and then refused to drive them to the church as per the agenda. The manager ranjit stated that we only have till 12. He came at 11:50pm letting us know he was going to be late but still agreed to drive us. It’s still a 15 minute drive from the hotel to the church and yet manager ranjit and driver jimmy was pushing us to get out so they can go on with their next trip. I don’t recommend their services at all! Edited response To owner: I called the day prior to confirm the limo driver and the agenda accordingly. And yes that was what we agreed upon. however, I stated numerous times to the driver to avoid taking 64 and 152nd and that was still done. As business owners we understand getting the job done regardless of any circumstances. But in this case I was in communication with the driver from 11:30 till when he arrived he AGREED to drop us off. We were in communication 3 times prior to his arrival. We should’ve been notified then that way We could’ve had 30 mins to plan alternately. And he was LATE on the way back from the second to last trip. Again I notified him to take other routes so we be kept on schedule. BY NO MEANS should a driver agree to take us then have the manager on the phone say get out. NO BRIDE should be left crying outside at the hotel when she should be at the church. I’ve precisely timed the trips from holiday inn to st bernadettes and it should’ve taken only 15 mins. He arrived at 11:55 and could’ve dropped us off we would’ve been there by 12:10 and you would still have 20 mins to spare to make it to langley. Worst part is you left us with NO SOLUTION didn’t offer to bring another driver to pick up we had to get the groomsmen to drive on over. This service was just unacceptable. I’ve never worked with a company who’s morals and values didnt align with their service. Full payment and gratuity was paid the day before so, your company did not complete the job but therefore we will do our end to ensure that your this experience happen to NO OTHER BRIDE and GROOM on their most important day of their lives.

I phoned yesterday and was told to email in my complaint. To start i had asked for a black limo and was sent a white one. Also it was late, we were told it would be 15min early (3:45pm) and it showed up at 4:10pm. The limo did not park at the chapel like he was supposed to, instead he parked at the park and we had to walk a long distance over to him in the rain. When i booked the limo i was told that he was going to take an imprint of my credit card to make sure it was the same as the one i provided over the phone and for future reference. He did not even ask for my card until we were leaving our first stop. My husband and I opened the doors for ourselves to get in and out of the limo majority of the trip, very rarely did he get out to help until we were already almost in or out. When we arrived at our final destination he parked very far away again and also in a large puddle. When i phoned to complain, the company just brushed me off and told me to email in my complaint. We had absolute horrible service for our wedding day yesterday! I would never recommend this company to anyone or use it again!

We are a family of 5 with 1 baby (needs baby seat). We called to get a limo to drive us to the airport at 5am. THE GOOD- the limo was on time and driver was nice. THE BAD - we discussed if a 6 seat limo was sufficient for us. The agent on the phone kept telling me that we needed a van (higher price). Finally we settled on a 8 seat limo because we had bags (I did tell him we only have 2 check in + our carry on). The price was a shade over $110. We also tipped the driver $15 THE BADDER - During our return, we got a limo from the airport and we fit into a 6 seat limo at a cost of $75+. THE BADDERR- once I received my bill, a 15% suggested tip was added to my bill. I was not aware and tipped the driver an extra $15. Limo from airport didn't have a "suggested" cost automatically added to the bill. THE BADDEST - Lastly, the phone agent was trying to convince me that it is not mandatory to have a baby seat for a 5 week old baby. He argued with me on the phone and showed me the Vancouver Police website that states all taxi and limo drivers are exempt from forcing their passengers to have a baby in a baby seat. When I asked him to google ICBC's site where they state it is the law, he kept referring to the VPD site. Basically, the VPD states that it isn't the "Limo Drivers" responsibility for babies to be in car seats; however, from my understanding, if we got pulled over the parents would be liable by ICBC. Either way, it isn't the best practice to argue with your client on the phone about seat belt policies. Should have been 1 star. Got the extra one because car was on time and driver was nice.

It had everything we needed to tour around the city- ice, cups, music cables... Our driver was the best part! I’m writing this terrible review on behalf of my friend who had booked this service for her wedding in the hopes that others will not face the same miserable ordeal which dampened the entire wedding. As I’m reading the reviews now, it’s very clear this company operates very poorly. Same incidents occurred on our event where incorrect information was taken at the time of the order over the phone. When I say incorrect information, I mean all of it was wrong. From length of service to price to pick up/ drop off address. I had the pleasure of taking a full week of conversations with one of their managers who repeatedly referred me to their email confirmation as gold. So basically everything you converse with over the phone with reservations can be deniable by this company. The drivers were rude. For the first afternoon service, The driver took the grooms phone and would not return it until the matter was sorted (due to incorrect information on the service form, nothing seems to correlate with the service order that was placed), hence leading to an hour delay to the entire photo shoot, leading to the wedding ceremony being delayed. And this doesn’t end. We would have hoped to clarify the situation with the driver to confirm that the correct service is set for pick up to not face the same issue in the afternoon, only to see the nightmare occurr again but worst. The driver took the brides’ family, elderlies; home. 5 mins later the entire party returns to the venue saying the driver kicked them out of the car because the service order does not match the service they ordered. As I’m still on the phone with their dispatch, who I must say was very apologetic and accommodating, immediately got on the phone with the driver to sort out the issue. This service not only promoted delays throughout the entire wedding, but left many bad memories with guests from out of town who travelled in for this special event. Again, I’ve already been through a week of the “investigation” process with their manager, which led to no outcome other than we should have checked our email confirmation. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, especially for a memorable event.

Used Time's services for transporting a group to an event in high school. I originally requested a stretch Town Car due to budget constraints but they hooked us up with an upgrade to an executive Sprinter at no extra cost. I really don't want to dock a star but the van showed up with a broken window. However, we didn't even notice it until someone pointed it out while it was pulling away after we were dropped off and it's definitely been fixed by now so it shouldn't be of concern anymore. The driver was punctual (having come all the way out to Richmond from Surrey to pick us up), professional and safe - very important as it was snowing quite a bit that night. Would use their services again in the future should the need for group transport arise.

I booked Time to help with a special day. I was popping the question to my (now) fiancé. Everything went well. I had them booked for a total of 5 hours throughout the day. The driver was always early, the limo's were fully equipped and everything worked (electronics, etc). The driver was friendly and did everything we asked. I only booked them the day before and I was impressed by the quality, service and attention to detail. Horrible, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and late. Almost ruined the wedding ! DO NOT rent them, especially on your special day! I was part of the bridal party that this limo was supposed to take to the wedding ceremony. The company was given the itinerary , and they approved it. The planner was communicating with the driver the whole time and constantly on the phone to check with him. He was late for 30 mins picking up the groomsmen. It only takes 15 mins between the church and the hotel. He took 30 mins for one of the trips he had to take, one way, he was even warned about the construction, but even then he was extremely late, and REFUSED to bring the bride and the bridal party to the church. It would have only taken 15 mins, and he could have told the planner that he was not going to drive us anymore, that is the LEAST he could have done, but no, he told us he couldn’t drive us as soon as we got in the limo. Argued with us for at least 15 mins, while we were telling him all this, he could have been driving the bride already. You wouldn’t find my name because someone else did the booking. If you would even consider this company, please make sure you only pay them the full amount if they render the full service or pay via credit card so you can do chargeback if they mess up and refuse to do what was agreed upon. I hope this does not happen to any other brides, wedding and COVID is already very stressful.

Received an email quote and phoned the next day to book. Spent a lengthy conversation booking details for my trip, gave credit info and was told would receive confirmation. The day of I had a bad feeling and phoned to confirm as I had not received any confirmation, turns out the woman didn't enter ANY of my information into the system and had I not phoned my ride would not have shown up at all. RE-booked a couple hours before intended pick-up time (they were able to squeeze us in). Limo showed up not on time and not to the right location at the airport and we were running around trying to locate them (ruined the surprise of the limo). Driver didn't seem to know what he was doing, didn't know how to work his own sound system. The iPod aux didn't work, the partition didn't work, none of the control buttons for passengers worked, we had to listen to terrible commercials over the radio the whole drive, and our driver kept re-comfirming addresses with us during the drive. Over-all unpleasant experience with this company, would not recommend. Save your money, this was an over-priced taxi.

Next day they charge $104.00 and after much negotiating (Manager Paul) they charged $58.00... Are mistake on trusting!!! The two stars are for having a decent mobile site and a reasonably friendly driver. I booked a stretch limousine for 4 hours. I was to be picked up from the airport. I was emailed last minute that my reservation would be cancelled if I didn't immediately call them or reply to the email to repeat my credit card's cvv # Thank goodness I had wifi on the airplane to get the email. I replied with my cvv#, got a form reply that they had a heavy mail load and would reply sometime that day or evening but fortunately, about an hour later they confirmed my booking was a-ok before I landed. Couldn't find anyone with a sign holding up my name. Oh. Our driver was holding up a tiny "time limo" OK We get in the limo and are waiting and waiting to go while the clock is still ticking at $125 per hour. Finally, I'm asked to step out of the car and am told my cc card was declined. I check online and show them that my bank shows they charged me and refunded me 3x already. They put the manager on the phone and he tells me something to the effect of "oh, you must have a U.S. card--Our account rejects those." Ok--but I had signed up with a USA based address and was landing on an international flight from the USA, you didn't know that ? This wasn't an issue with my bank --My bank approved the charge 3x; their bank rejected it as they aren't allowed to charge US cards! So now I run inside and wait for the ATM and run back and pay cash. The whole ordeal used nearly 1/2 hour of time at $125/hour and no credit from them ! Next, We keep trying to use the AC in the limo but feel no cold air. After some time we tell the driver and he says "yeah, it's hot up here too." According to my iPhone thermometer, it was nearly 80F--and he basically said the AC doesn't work. Didn't help that his driving was VERY erratic--hard stops, quick turns ...backing up to go back to what he missed --it was nauseating and I've never felt that way in a limo before. I gave this guy a nice cash tip before we started and at his request even bought him a snack mid trip when I stopped for one... When we got to our hotel (just over 3 1/2 hours into it ...not even the full 4 because he kept saying we don't have enough time ..)..he opened the trunk ...looked at our 4 suitcases and remarked "you got this ? I gotta go use the bathroom .." He then runs into our hotel and leaves us to get the suitcases out of his trunk. Later as we're checking in --he approached us at the check in desk for a quick good bye.. Did I mention he only opened the door for us about 40-50% of the time we got out?

I had a truely awful experience. We booked with time limousine for 2 hours online, but when we got on the bus the driver fought with us for half an hour saying, "You only booked for an A to B trip." The trip ended up being 20 minutes long for almost $500. We checked the emailed receipt that was sent to us but it didn't specifically say 2 hours that was originally planned, and were forced to get off the bus.

I recently booked time limousine for my birthday. They are the worst limo service I have ever booked. They mixed up the time for pick up and drop off and also mixed up the pick up and drop off locations, which made us late and cost as an extra $20 each, they also had the guts to say that I was wrong and I had the drop off and pick up locations mixed up.They have terrible customer service, they have no compensation for the stupidity and unprofessional service. After a 30 minute yelling match on the phone they finally agreed to dropping the tip off the official price. They also showed up early to pick us all up and said if we didn't come to the limo now they would be late for their other client, so after another yelling match on the phone they finally agreed to pick us spat the time we had booked them for! Now after they dropped us back off at my house one of the people with us was left on the bus, I called them and told them to bring him back, they simply replied saying they would send him back in a cab which i thought was suspicious since the limo literally had just turned the corner. It turns out they threw my friend off the limo in the middle of Surrey passed out drunk, he was found by paramedics almost dead from hypothermia. When I called time limo to talk about this incident they disagreed with everything and refused a give complete refund and refused to cooperate. I warn everyone to never book a limo with this company. They are very unproffesional and all they care about is money. Their limos are also not as nice as they show in the photos. You could say we expected caviar service but got peanut butter n jelly instead. Worst limo service I have ever used and the very last time myself or anyone I know will be using this limo service. This company is a complete joke of a limo Service.

We booked Time Limo for our wedding. Stretch limo to Vancouver for my (at the time soon to-be) wife, then full size party bus for everyone in our party from Vancouver back to Surrey. We prepaid for everything in full long before the event. On the day of our wedding, upon arriving to the venue, the driver refused to allow my bride to exit the limo. He demanded hundreds of dollars for the ride to Vancouver even though we had already paid for it. My wife protested and the driver eventually contacted the main office and after a lengthy delay they finally determined everything had already been paid for. Ultimately, my wife ended up being late to her own wedding despite the fact that she had arrived at the venue with plenty of time to spare. As if that wasn't bad enough, when we all left the venue to travel back to Surrey there was a stretch SUV waiting for us and NOT the full size party bus which we had reserved and pre-paid for. The vehicle provided did not have enough seats for my entire party and some guests were forced to return to Surrey via public transit. When I complained to the driver about not getting the vehicle I had paid for, he responded that they don't make any guarantees. I got angry and told him that was not what we had agreed to and the vehicle provided was not up to the standard which we paid for. He locked himself inside of the drivers seat and threatened to leave all of us. My wife became very upset and began crying and I was forced to kiss the drivers ass to get him to let us in the limo. On top of all of that I was charged an additional $30 for glassware that was never used, and I received absolutely no apology or financial compensation for being sent a vehicle substantially smaller and less appropriate for my needs. So no, I won't be booking with Time Limo on this holiday or any other occasion which requires limousine service. I suggest others look elsewhere as well.

Horibble service. Rented the service for 2 hours to take our daughter and her friend to a concert. Although the driver was polite we wanted to stop and use the restroom on the way and stop at a liquor store. The driver said we weren'tssupposed to stop and could be charged extra for the stops. We had to wait 40 minutes for the driver to pick us up after the concert. Took an extra long way home to Maple Ridge through Langley foer some reason as well. When asked to rectify the situation the company said we would be credited back the mandatory gratuity we had already paid. Wouldn't recommend this company. Hopefully others have a better experience than we did.

Courteous polite drivers, great communication with confirmations, and reasonable pricing. Booked their return to the airport last minute and they easily accommodated us and arrived 15-20 mins early. I'd also like to add that we really enjoyed having Brad as our driver, the service that we received from him was really pleasant and memorable! Booked this company as a shuttle service for my wedding that happened last weekend thinking that the company has a great rating and things will go on as planned. But as the day was going we start to notice that the driver would take back roads to get to the location and kept pushing our time back. Our wedding coordinator had already mentioned to the driver that there is construction on one of the routes and advised him to take the highway. He kept taking back roads to get to the highway when there is a shorter more straight forward route that avoids the construction. We had to have the driver go back and fourth to pickup our entourage party as separate groups for picture, second to the last trip was my group which was the groom and the groomsmen. It took him 30 mins to get back from the church to the hotel, when It only takes 15 mins even with him taking the detour. Which only leads to him basically leaving my fiancée at the time standing outside the hotel with no way to get to the church because our driver “Jimmy” have to go and meet up with his next limo appointment. I wasn’t there Anymore when this was going on and its my fiancée, her bridesmaids and flower girl that’s trying to tell him that he could at least try to drive them there even though that it’s only 10 mins left in our contract (9-12:00 ) I just expected that he would at least try but he was just arguing on the phone with someone for 15 mins and leaving 12:20 from the hotel. My fiancée and her group was late 1 hour to the ceremony because we had to look for a way to get them all to the church. He had plenty of time to argue and make excuses as to why things ended how it did. I just hope that this does not happen to anyone else on their special day.

This limousine service was extremely unprofessional. Long story short, my groom and I hired the limousine service as a shuttle service for OUR WEDDING DAY. It wasn’t a minor celebration it was one of the most important moments our my lives. I AM THE BRIDE and I was very very disappointed at this service. During his shuttle service, my coordinator was on the phone updating him on the agreed upon shuttle itinerary. As he called us for the last trip 10 mins away myself, the maid of honour, bridesmaids and flower girl out of the hotel and into the limousine and having us all ready seated and moments later, IMAGINE THIS him saying he could not proceed with driving us. I AM GOING TO MY OWN WEDDING about to say yes to the love of my life and the driver JIMMY refused to drive us to the ceremony as agreed upon because “he was late for his next appointment”. Imagine that eh, you’re getting married, DURING COVID (super stressful) and the driver refuses to take you because he will be late for another service after not fully completing ours. Possibly my mistake would be paying full WITH GRATUITY and trusting them. We all were in the limo trying to come up with a solution, I just can’t believe he didn’t even attempt to get us any closer to the ceremony that was only 10 mins away). And was arguing and refusing to drive us when we still had time to try. The limo kicked us out and drove away at 12:20pm during that time instead of arguing for 30 minutes he could have showed sympathy and attempted to try. My point in this situation would be that not only was the wedding pushed back, but how could someone just not have a heart to try and drive us. Weddings don’t always work out as planned and I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else especially any of his loved ones. The limo won’t come up with my name either as we booked under my grooms name, Dexter. But I hope again for this not to happen to any other bride and groom on their special day. It was stressful enough to have a wedding during a global pandemic and it felt as if the company had no empathy in a situation that was out of our control.

When booking with Time Limo they told me I can change my return time just have to call inadvance, when I called they declined to change my time and had to taxi back instead of using there service.
