I booled a tkt due to some reason i cancelled it and its more than 2 months i am still waiting for my refund .Whenever i call they just dont care ...and keep on saying talk to accounting dept. & accounting dept ..OMG they are never available .

They will give you good deal first then they will send you wrong ticket . After that they will ask you for more money to get it fixed because you are so stupid you trust there words and never bother to check what they sell you. When you confront them they will lie to your face with so much confident and you will look like Donkey in Markit.

I have been doing my travel bookings through Riya Travel since last year and must admit the service is excellent. The turnaround time is simply good. They provide with several flight options and the most reasonable fares. My contact there has been Crystal Menezes and she has been simply amazing. Getting back to me in a quick 3-5 minutes. she will respond to you even on her days off and after her work hours. that truly shows her dedication to her work. I'm very happy I've found a good travel agent I can trust for my travel. I would most certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

scammers! misleading statements on website and by staff. They have professionalism. i will sue them in court. Amandeep and Rakesh claims to be managers and will tell you that they will call you back but will never call you. Asked them to provide the calls recording and escalate the case further to their senior but have not received any call back yet. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TREATS U LIKE GARBAGE ! STAFF HAS NO ANS TO YOUR QUESTIONS. TRASH COMPANY
