Received a quote by email for $67 for a shuttle to YVR. When I phoned to book they said $96. When I said I had a written quote for $67 they agreed to honour it. 45 minutes later they called back and said they wouldn't honour the quote and it would be $96. Cancelled and booked with another company.

Hi Helen, it was really nice to meet you at the fuel station in Custer, WA this morning. I know the snowy weather must be getting difficult to bear being in the transport business. I read the advice you give in your web page and I have to completely agree with you...anger does shorten your life. I am hopeful you were able to put behind you the fact that another car pulled in front of you at the pump. I know I was not involved in your situation, was just merely trying to point out the ease in which you were able to turn around and get the available pumps on the other side. I don't hold it against you that you told me to shut my mouth. Since I was not able to brighten your morning I pray the next person you interact with will turn your day around. Have used this service a few times and was on time. Last time, we arrived at Vancouver International Airport from Mexico and phoned as we were waiting for our luggage. Helen answered and told her we had arrived and she said she was home sick in bed. Did not receive phone message or email advising us so we were on our own. She is the only driver i guess for this service. Fortunately a fellow traveler was going our way and offered us a ride. Will never use this taxi/shuttle service again, not dependable and poor customer service. While pricing is decent, not much more to reserve a limo or get a taxi at the airport.

I've been using Helens tours and travel for 10 years. I travel from Toronto to BC once or twice a year to visit my parents . Helen is very kind and friendly and truely loves what she does. I have never had a negative journey with Helen. I highly recommend her for prompt reliable service. You won't be disappointed

Excellent service Helen is both personable and professional and can accommodate families with young children as well as large groups. Helen was punctual, friendly, and helped us with luggage. We had our toddler with us, and she provided a car seat for us. Thank you, Helen!

If I could give a lower rating I would, don't bother with this business, the owner is a real piece of work and will try to charge you extra for a million little things, careless with luggage and very bad driver. Stay safe, don't drive with helen.
