Celebration at 15610 Roper Ave White Rock is a private residence with security cameras everywhere. Definitely not a home based business because there is no sign indicating a business at this address. The phone area code (866) is toll free, not local and is a little suspicious, no website, no category, no hours posted. A legitimate business would be welcoming clients at their door and give reason to celebrate. Maybe this is a home based business but without a website I have no idea what they do. A call to the city today revealed, White Rock does not give business licenses to any home based business but some businesses are ok, before the new bylaws.
