As I remember, you had visa problem that its not agency responsibility but I checked with Air Line and you could do going flight but for return you had problem so there is no responsibility for agency and airline after departure flight.....

Never trust Hamsafar Travel Agency. Elham Parastari is so irresponsible and unqualified. I had the worst experience with this travel agency. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.

Terrible experience! I have booked tickets from this travel agency (Elham Parastari). She did not responsible for information regarding the connections and I had to buy another ticket during the travel and it cost twice for me for travelling. I would not recommend her and this agency to travel.
