I'm just sharing this here. Don't rely on them if you don't have their membership. They don't provide services unless you have their membership, which is okay I guess, but the thing is, I was in an emergency and needed them. I was willing to buy their membership for an on-the-spot service, but even then, they said I would need to wait till the next morning for whatever reason, which is just unacceptable considering there was an emergency.

This not really about the people about this office, but about CAA in general. When you most need the service on the the real cold days they are not there for you. Their phone systems can not handle those critical times. So you will have to pay and them maybe after get the money back from them. I am not so happy about that. Please upgrade you Roadside Assistance system. Actual the local Office was able to connect me to the roadside assistance number and after a very very long wait I got to talk with Roadside Assistance. So Good for the Local Office and Not so good for the Roadside Assistance phone system.

Excellent information provided, no more Maps with road trips! Because most have it on Phones or in Vehicles. Michelle was polite and knowledgeable. More information on internet. Neither was up to date. Because of so many changes with Corona Virus going on. Better listening to News for updates or calling your Motel in advance to find out what Code the Cities in according to the Government. Nothing is written in Stone now when Traveling!! It can change quickly from day to day or minute to minute . Check out in advance.

What you would expect from CAA. However was discrepancy between towing km's over phone and website 5km vs 10km on classic membership. Would definitely recommend anyone getting CAA!

Michelle Moore was very rude. Asked a question as a CAA member and because she wasn't going to make money on it she refused to answer the question. Stating that they are there to make money . What Michelle didn't know was that we had to buy luggage and accessories ..and she Lost out on that sale as well. Asked about international drivers license and she told us to look online . Would not recommend this office, or this worker! Went some where else.
