They tell us that they have the right to keep costs given the "force majeure" situation caused by the pandemic ... it's funny on the news we saw that Air transat lost its current case while they invoked the same reason .... In short, they have just lost SEVERAL customers with this file, since we are several ski fans who make several ski trips and they can be sure that we will never do business with them again .... La loi sur la protection du consommateur prévoit que si un service vendu ne peux être rendu tel que convenue dans le contrat de vente il se doit d'être remboursé en TOTALITÉ. De plus ils ont eux même des recours pour recevoir des indemnisations. Ils nous mentionnent qu'ils ont droit de garder des frais étant donné la situation de "force majeur" causé par la pandémie... c'est drôle aux nouvelles ont voit que Air transat a perdu sa cause en cours alors qu'ils invoquait la même raison.... Bref, ils viennent de perdent PLUSIEURS clients avec ce dossier, puisque nous sommes plusieurs fan de ski qui faisons plusieurs voyages de ski et ils peuvent être certains que nous ferons plus jamais affaires avec eux....
