Enterprise is not new to me , personally & officially it's been more than 5 years I had relation with Enterprise. What a gem of a group they are highly professional & you know what's the best thing , COMMUNICATION , believe you in mean 99% of service companies of the scale of Enterprise, you call them and GOD be with you it's gona be 40 to 50 min of wait and by that time you will already press 100 keys ;) Anyway Matt at mount Pearl help in very efficient way to fix a confusion regarding price & I also want to thanks Cortney at Ford Avalon desk of Enterprise. Thanks Team Enterprise you guys rock

I don't even want to give this location a one I had car accident in December 2021 was sent to that location to get a rental when the person took me out to show and go over the vehicle I was intentionally upsold and forced to get roadside assistance because I was on given 1 key and told like 3 times while going over the vehicle I lose that key I have to pay and it's expensive then I was told I would not be covered for the full coverage of that vehicle I'd in accident by the time I got a hold of my adjuster two weeks later told did not need it I owed them 741$ and I was charged twice on my rent a car still waiting for it to br fixed well enterprise you took me for a ride alright the staff are scammer must be made to upsell I was so vulnerable had to have a vehicle for work my my busiest season just awful would never recommend horrible horrible

The vehicle I had was nice as a rental but my situation after wasn't as nice. Had it through someone else"s insurance and by not understanding the policy and the extra coverage, which my own had full coverage also got a bill in the mail for over 200$ in the mail and it was threatening collection and impact credit score. My car was in the garage longer than was quoted so this charge for extra coverage was higher by the day. So I admit my fault in not fully understanding before getting it , but the letter for not paying the bill was ridiculous, why didnt someone call? I dropped the car off and nothing was said, I just figured it went on thru the claim. Poor experience. Would not recommend. Friendly staff and good service but not happy at all with the ending.

When we were picked up at car star and taken back to interprise we were shocked that we were given a car instead of the suv we drive.gave us a toyota Camry that had not been cleaned before renting it to us.so much for covid.lived in ns for 30 yrs and never had a problem w rentals.my wife is 100 % disabled and is literally sitting on the ground.we were told there were no SUV's available and we should go on a waiting list! We are not happy w this service or answer! Please take better care of your costumers especially our veterens!!

Great service! Picked up & dropped off at Hotel in st. John's! Expensive because of supply & demand in st. John's but all the rental car companies are like this in the summer. As soon as you know you need a car book it!
