Depuis ma demande, Mme Lantin repousse de semaine en semaine pour mon remboursement. Je participe au moins à trois voyages d'affaires par année, inacceptable ce que je vis présentement en tant que consommateur. Il est certain que tout les groupes FB fermé affaires, sera mis au courant.

The hotel Ramada plaza Newark does not correspond at all to a 4 star: low quality and identical breakfast every day, poorly insulated windows allowing the cold and the noise of very close planes to pass through, very noisy air conditioning, wifi impossible in rooms, time to go to NY 40 minutes, not 15 minutes. Response following my complaint from j'aimontour: the hotel is a 4 star, we did not say that everything was renovated, a google map showing the route to the bridge entrance with 0 traffic showing a time of 15 minutes, for the wifi you had to go down to the reception to have a better connection ... you had to adjust the air conditioning to a slower speed ... On the website, I see that for 2018 the hotel has changed. Conclusion: 0 excuses, 0 compensation. L'hôlel le Ramada plaza Newark ne correspond absolument pas à un 4 étoiles : petit-déjeuner de basse qualité et identique tous les jours, fenêtres mal isolées laissant passer le froid et le bruit des avions très proches, climatisation très bruyante, wifi impossible dans les chambres, temps pour aller à NY 40 minutes et non pas 15 minutes. Réponse suite à ma plainte de j'aimontour : l'hôtel est un 4 étoiles, nous n'avons pas dit que tout était rénové, un plan google montrant le trajet jusqu'à l'entrée du pont avec 0 trafic montrant un temps de 15mn, pour le wifi il fallait descendre à l'accueil our avoir une meilleure connexion... il fallait régler la climatisation sur une vitesse plus lente... Sur le site internet, je vois que pour 2018 l'hôtel a changé. Conclusion : 0 excuse, 0 dédommagement. Service consommateur très mauvais
