(Translated) Very bad experience with this travel agency ..... using it did not know anything she kept going to see the comments on trip adviser because it did not seem to know the destinations .... yet it was not than a trip to Cuba !!! We had asked to go to the south of Cuba ... she sent us to the north. We had requested a hotel without children, the hotel was filled with children .... we plane asked for a clean place and we were never so shocked by so much unhealthy .... we even had bedbugs of bed !!!! We met the owner of the company and we hoped for a minimum of compensation and she did not do anything! Really very disappointed with the experience with Charterama and I assure you that my next trip I will buy from another agency! (Original) Tres mauvaise expérience avec cette agence de voyage.....l'employer ne connaissait rien elle n'arrêtais pas d'aller voir les commentaires sur trip adviser car elle ne semblais pas connaître les destinations....pourtant se n'était qu'un voyage à Cuba!!! Nous avions demander d'aller dans le sud de Cuba...elle nous à envoyer dans le nord. Nous avions demandé un hotel sans enfants, l'hôtel était rempli d'enfant....nous avion demandé un endroit propre et nous n'avons jamais été autant choqué par autant d'insalubrité....nous avons meme eu des punaises de lit!!!! Nous avons rencontrer la propriétaire de l'entreprise et nous espérions un minimum de dédommagement et elle n'en a rien fait!!!! Vraiment très déçu de l'expérience auprès de Charterama et je vous assure que mon prochain voyage je vais l'acheter auprès d'une autre agence!!!
