Caitlyn with Aum Journey's was amazing. This was our first time ever using a travel agent for a vacation and I don't think I will ever travel any other way!! From start to finish she made the process so easy and worry free. We traveled to Alaska for our anniversary and upon arrival we were greeted with a gift basket of goodies, homemade chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, a rose covered bed, and a letter welcoming us on our journey! It was an awesome surprise and great way to kick off our favorite vacation to date! We gave Caitlyn a budget, and told her all of the things we would love to do, things that interest us, and stuff we didn't like and we were fully anticipating to be able to maybe fit one or two of those things into the itinerary. WE DID IT ALL!! Everything we mentioned fit into our perfectly laid out schedule and was right within our price point. Not to mention she was so great at communicating any flight changes, covid updates, ect. We even threw a curve ball at her 2 weeks prior to leaving trying to add my brother onto the trip and she made it happen with ease. 10/10 would use her again in a heartbeat!! :)

2020 has been an interesting year for travel in general, and Caitlyn helped us through the entire process. From planning 3 itineraries for a Tokyo trip that never happened in the fall of 2019 to going through 2 iterations of a Babymoon, all while keeping us feeling safe and secure due to the pandemic, Caitlyn was professional, kind, thoughtful, and responsive. My wife and I enjoy the planning portions of most trips, but there's something nice about having someone fighting in your corner even when you're on the trip. We knew that we could trust Caitlyn to notify us of any changes in the global travel landscape as we went. Caitlyn helped turn our "dart at the map" trip into something just perfect for us. We ended up in Asheville, NC, with a spa, the perfect golf course, and a food scene that was just right for us. Caitlyn takes the time to really get to know what you're looking for, and her patience with us was outstanding. Highly recommended!

She made everything so easy and convenient and scheduled EVERYTHING for our trip. I highly recommend going through Aum Journeys for your travels! We've had an exceptional experience! My husband and I have used travel agents in the past and Caitlyn exceeded our expectations. We plan on using Caitlyn at Aum Journeys for our travels going forward! Caitlyn had to work with me on different experiences from COVID-19, cancelled Weddings, transportation/flight changes, etc. She was responsive and right on it! We were in Mexico and noticed our transportation pick up needed to be changed to a different time due to flight changes and instead of us waiting for 1.5 hours on the phone, Caitlyn took time out of her day without hesitation and waited on hold to get our transportation worked out! She constantly communicated any changes such as flight changes and asked us our thoughts before assuming and made the entire process easy! Where do I begin.. Aum Journeys planned my favorite vacation to date (and I’m an avid traveler). In the beginning she consulted with my sister and me about what we were looking to get out of our trip (it was my sisters college graduation present) and we pretty much told her to pick the location and excursions that she would want for herself because after looking at her page I knew we enjoyed the same types of get-aways. After a few days she gave us a list of locations and what we would be able to do there. We narrowed it down to Cabo and after that she went to town. She booked us our flights, hotel, transportation to and from all 4 of our excursions and even took care if any dinner reservations we wanted. While waiting for our trip to approach I was making payments, which was super user friendly and broke down exactly what my money was going towards. The real experience of working with Aum Journeys came at the airport. Our flight had to turn back around half way to Mexico due to a technical problem and the second we were back on the ground she was texting me asking what was going on. Once we arrived in Cabo we had a driver waiting (WITH A COOL SIGN AND MY NAME LIKE A CELEBRITY!). He took us to our hotel and the vacation became real. The hotel she chose for us was stunning- amazing views, customer service and food! Every excursion she picked was fun and were all things I hadn’t done in the past. The one day we were planning to take a cooking class then get picked up from there to go straight to whale watching was when Caitlyn really impressed us. She found out the whales were canceled due to weather and canceled our transportation so we could hang out longer and enjoy our current location (all while we were making salsa under the Mexican sun). She gave us the option to find us a new ride but we decided to just Uber home (and we were even refunded for that Uber!!). And now she’s even taken care of all the refunds from our trip- I haven’t had to think about ANYTHING. It’s all just being done for me. From start to finish our trip was beyond memorable. It’s like she planned the trip for herself then gifted it to us! Every morning we woke up excited to see what Caitlyn had planned for us (although we knew- we never knew how amazing it actually would be). And countless times throughout our vacation my sister and I would just whisper “ I love Caitlyn” or “I’m giving her a hug when we get back”. I cannot recommendation using Aum Journeys enough! Her attention to detail and care when planning for others really shows. I’m already thinking about my next vacation!!

A great mix of relaxation and activitys.The resort was beautiful and every was very nice.and there was plenty of activitys to do at the resort if you choose too.Or you could just relax and chill Very peaceful place. Caitlyn found a great park full of activities to do. Swim with Dolphins, look at turtles, butterflies, cougars,Jaguars, birds,caves even a lazy river through caves that went all the way through the park.we cant wait to get with Caitlyn to plan our next trip.

We provided Caitlyn with an outline of our desired destinations in the Maritimes of Eastern Canada. She took that and provided us with a package that provided Bed and Breakfast accommodations in four locations, regional dining options that crossed a variety of dining characteristics, regional sight seeing options, and expected driving times. Caitlyn provided more than enough choices. We made use of many of them and found them to be satisfactory at the least and often exceptional. Once again Caitlyn has given us professional service that will lead us to make use of her service in the future.

I've been traveling my entire life, and planning a vacation can be stressful when you do it all yourself. My parents have used Caitlyn a few times in the past so we wanted to try the travel agent experience. She is amazing at what she does. Very informative, quick to respond, making changes was really easy, no pressure, reasonable prices. She takes the time to really find a vacation destination that fits your vacation goals, schedule, and budget. We didn't have a specific place in mind, we just wanted to get away to a beach with warm weather. She recommended two places and we chose Hollywood, Florida. As our departure day approached, so did Hurricane Dorian. Caitlyn was available to us every hour with updates and suggestions leading up to the day the hurricane was projected to hit the coast. Eventually, we decided to postpone our vacation. Switching our flight and hotel reservations was so easy, Caitlyn took care of everything! We stayed at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville resort, right on the ocean! Incredible view, 16th floor balcony overlooking the ocean and city. Perfect weather. Not an overcrowded city/beach. We wished we could stay longer. We HIGHLY recommend Caitlyn and Aum Journeys! You will NOT be disappointed!
