The bus broke down, very unorganized, situations that should have been covered and well thought after was not done. Spent over 5 hours in a cold bus with no heat, with my kids on top of that, because they say of mechanical problems. Even with these said mechanical problems, there was nothing open, no garages, no shelter and this was a broken bus with newborns to older people with medical conditions. And well over 12 hours on busses and they still are going around in giving me a refund. Will not be traveling with ncn thompson bus lines.

I have traveled to and from Winnipeg on the Thompson Bus Line. To Winnipeg the bus was cold but like most buses the seating is always crammed. I then traveled back to Thompson from Winnipeg. The bus at this point was warm and cozy. I would say comfortable regardless of being crammed. But when we arrived at Grand Rapids we switched drivers with the other Thompson Bus. The bus slowly began to get cold, and colder. It felt like the air conditioning was on. As I got colder the more uncomfortable the seat got and I got.

Horrible experience. The bus stalled for 5 hours in Ashern and the RCMP had to come as it was parked unsafely. It’s currently code red and the staff aren’t wearing masks. If you don’t want COVID or to be stranded in -40 DONT take this bus.
