Tripcentral.ca, New Sudbury Centre, 1349 Lasalle Blv, Sudbury, Ontario My husband and I are travelling to Puerto Vallarta with our service dog. Because it was our first time travelling with our Service animal, we decided to walk into a travel agency instead of doing the bookings on line as we have done many times in the past. On July 28, we walked into tripcentral.ca, New Sudbury Centre- 1349 Lasalle BLVD, Sudbury Ontario. We came in with our service dog and all of its credentials to support the process. The agent was friendly and indicated that she was part time but had a lot of experience as a travel agent and had worked at many other agencies in the past. Through the process, another agent supported our request and called Air Canada agent and received support and guidance from that person by phone. Preferred seats were identified for my husband and his dog. This was identified as a Bulk head seat. The confirmed departure date is November 3rd. On this date, July 28th, we paid in full with cancelation insurance for the tickets with the seats that we thought had been selected. On August 3rd, we received a call that a letter from the Dr was needed to link the service dog to my husband’s needs. Such letter was faxed directly from the Dr to the travel agent at tripcentral.ca. My husband confirmed that agent had received letter. We Got the All good to go from this agent. She indicated that we would be receiving an email with all the information. Cont'd

My family has booked every trip we have been on (usually 1 per year) with Laura at trip central Sudbury location. She has never let us down. We've truly enjoyed everywhere she had recommended. Everything is always in order. All we do is print our e docs and off we go. We would not book with anyone else. In 2 weeks my family of 5 are off on a Norwegian cruise. Can't wait. Thanks Laura

Me and my wife went in to book a trip to hawaii, had done research but just wanted some professional help to make sure the trip would be awesome, the girl told us that we should look at something more affordable and ignored our questions about hawaii and just kept pushing Italy and Europe on us saying it would be more affordable even though she doesnt know our financial situation, not impressed in the slightest and wont be returning

My spouse, two small children and I went into the Sudbury Center Trip Central location on a Saturday and spoke with Lynne Dixon and looked up a cruise we were very interested in booking. She said she'd email us two simple questions we needed an answer too. My spouse put in a leave pass to get the dates off for the cruise through his work (military leave permission is required first) and we never received an email or call. Thankfully we had a printout of the quote/price and when we called Trip Central (not the Sudbury location) we got a better deal plus an onboard credit through another agent who was located in southern Ontario. The agent who we called also said there was no follow up from Lynne as she saw on our file. I will never go to Trip Central in Sudbury Center Mall. I've heard great things about Carol on the other hand. Don't book with Lynne Dixon. She obviously didn't want to do her job or take us seriously. (We told her we cruised a few times before and with a baby, but not two children so we were serious about booking this specific cruise we wanted to book) One star for Lynne's service at Sudbury Mall.
