Sheri is a true professional and a very caring one at that. Sheri spends countless hours on what we may see as a simple trip… researching, booking, changes, cancellations and the finest of details in a multitude of areas. This has only gotten so much more time consuming and involved with Covid requirements. Being the infrequent traveller I am, I had little to no clue what to do or when. Sheri took that worry away and left no stone unturned, leaving me time and a clear headspace to prepare for my retreat. From flights, insurance, hotel, transportation, documents and Covid test timing along with the many changes from airline cancellations, Sheri covered it all. She answered my incessant questions and addressed my concerns with kindness and patience. Sheri knew I was very nervous travelling alone for the first time and went above and beyond to give me tips and guidance and reminders. It was an incredible comfort to me to know she was only a message away if I needed her assistance. With all the moving parts and everything going on, Sheri still set me up for the most successful and stress-free trip I could imagine! Sheri’s professional fees do not come close to compensating her fairly for the extra time and care she puts into your planning your trip like it is her own. I was more than happy to provide her with further compensation as the value she provided to me was priceless. Sheri Frend you are an absolute rockstar at what you do!
