Heather was phenomonal as we planned our trip to Australia and New Zealand. She was very knowledgable and we took her advice regarding our plans. She was friendly (and patient!) and very efficient. Really made the experience of booking such an extensive trip less stressful! All the staff at this location were great.

My 1st time ever dealing with CAA and I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience! I was recommended by a friend to have CAA travel insurance for an upcoming trip but when I arrived I decided to get the emergency service as well as the travel insurance and they were also able to provide me with an international drivers license. Staff in the Simcoe location were very accommodating and professional. They made it a point to greet everyone that came in the door while they were busy juggling a full house of customers. I'm from Brantford but thought I should see for myself after reading some of their great google reviews. The reviews are correct. I highly recommend the drive to Simcoe if you are in need of anything CAA offers. Many thanks to the staff for providing such impressive quality service.

Asked for a trip tic to Myrtle beach USA & they gave me the wrong directions. Make sure you check your before you leave Canada or you will come to a point in the road & won't know which way to go.
