At the door, an attendant mentioned to me that I had to wear a mask, I explained to her that I had a medical condition which prevented me from wearing the mask. She entered the office and came out quickly and explained to me in a very nonchalant way, that I would see everything in the little booklet she gave me. She immediately asked that I let people pass with masks and left me without any civility message. Sorry but I am totally dissatisfied with this broken service! (Original) Je suis allée au Bureau d'information touristique de Sherbrooke le 10 août 2020. À la porte, une préposée ma mentionné que je devais porter un masque, je lui ai expliqué que j'avais une condition médicale qui m'empêchait de porter le masque. Elle entrée dans le bureau et a ressorti bien vite et ma expliqué de façon très nonchalant ,que je verrais tout dans le petit livret qu'elle ma donné. Elle a tout de suite demander que je laisse passer les gens avec des masques et ma laissé sans aucun message de civilité. Désolée mais je suis totalement insatisfaite de ce service bafoué!
