First time booking flight tickets through VMS travel, specially during Covid times alot of things has been changed. Srirajh was very helpful from booking tickets for 3 of my family members who were flying to sri lanka. With his help we were able to navigate through all the requirements from getting PCR test in Canada, visa, medical insurance and PCR test and hotel in Sri Lanka. He even made sure our specific request from seating, wheelchair and meal was taken care of and worked with us outside his regular hours to ensure the journey is safe and successful. My family informed the food and services in the aircraft is great too. Thank you Srirajh for taking care of all my worries and for going above and beyond with your service.

Horrible Services. when you contact them for inquiries, They Think They are doing a favor to their customers. Over the years, I have given almost 50k or more worth business to VMS in total but I will never do business with this Travel agent again. They are more expensive than having to purchase the ticket directly from the airline. Venkat knows little about ticketing rules but makes up rules that doesn't exist as he thinks the customers don't know about ticketing and would buy any story the agent says. Venkat has always tried over charging on date change fees as they keep a cut for them (watch out for this!) ... Venkat says it is and when confronted he makes up stories and says it is not in different ways and tries to change his story and say that`s not what he said. Response to Response - Thank You for your reply and requesting to reach out to you, However I will not be doing any business with your agency in the future and don`t see any reason to reach out to your office. Thank you again!!

Arrived to our resort and found that the Resort was not up to par as per our expectations. Just when our group thought all had gone to waste, Krishna stepped in and reached out to every body available within Sunwings and Royalton Resorts and got us into a much more comfortable setting. Can’t echo enough how important it is to book with a trust worthy Travel Agent. I was getting updates at 3AM from Krishna, and by the next morning he had our entire group (13 People) switched into upgraded rooms. If you are looking to book your next vacation, there is nobody better than VMS. Thank you Krishna for your amazing service, our trip wouldn’t have been the same without you!

I was stranded in Atlanta on my last trip (a couple of weeks ago) and I made one call to VMS Travels to get myself on the next possible flight back to Toronto and they went above and beyond to ensure I was accommodated on the first flight out. This was the first time using VMS Travel & Tours for my Pilgrimage To Sabarimala In India. This year is my 25th Year to Sabarimala, there for it means a lot to me. In this Pandamic situation,Year 2021. Getting a visa and travelling to India I thought it was going to be experimental and challenging, but it was peaceful, which made it happend with God grace by meeting Mr.Venket, Who's working as an Agent/Advisor at VMS Travel & Tours. It was a exceptional service by VMS Travel Agent Mr.Venket helped me on my pilgrimage trip to India tremendously gave me such valuable advice, which greatly helped me navigate the whole trip with ease, such as helping with application to Indian Visa and provided guideline to travel to India in this pandamic situations. This was the first time I’m using VMS Travels, in this pandemic time it’s really hard to get visa and etc.. But I gave a call to Vms travels and mr.Venket he helped me a lot to get the Sri Lanka visa and doing all the paper works and etc...for my dad, I called few other airlines they were asking me extra money for doing all the paperwork’s and everything, but mr.Venket or krishna the founder they didn’t asked for extra money or anything, Vms there to help lots of people I will definitely will recommend Vms to everyone, really. Carrying, patiently,friendly.. Venket he messaged me the next day and asked if my dad landed safely in Sri Lanka what a human being... I really appreciate it bro mr.Venket... ????????????

These guys are incompetent . Won't answer calls . Either always on lunch for 2hrs. Don't seem to understand needs . Seems like they don't do any active search just wait for a deal really. Really disappointed with their service . Wouldn't advise anyone to use this agency

I have dealt with Krishna V. from VMS Travels even before he set up his own travel agency and I was always impressed by his sincerity and dedication to serving my needs. In fact, after I moved from ON to BC, I still shop around with VMS travels vs. a local travel agent in BC. Sometimes VMS have given me a better price than my local travel agent and sometimes they are not able to beat internet/online advertised price but they will tell you honestly what they can do for you. I recommend dealing with both Krishna and Venkat R. Indeed, Venkat is very customer focused and will go out of his way to help meet your needs and he gives very good advice and alternative options to suit your needs. Also they are very responsive to providing fare quotes in a timely manner and I normally ask them for quotes on specific routes or specific airlines and they always oblige me. In my experience to date with VMS Travels, they are polite, respectful and sincere in serving their clients. Give them a chance and you may be pleasantly surprised. Keep up the excellent work : Krishna, Venkat & VMS team!

My mother in-law was stuck in Singapore and her return flight was cancelled because of covid. My mother in-law purchased her tickets elsewhere but after her flight was cancelled the other agency was not very helpful and was not responding. We were told by a family friend to contact Sri as they book tickets with him. My mother in-law contacted him from Singapore with the time difference he picked up the phone calls and was able to help her with a new ticket to come back to Toronto. He was checking up on her to make sure she got to the airport and cleared everything also checked up when she landed in Toronto. We appreciate the effort and help during this time.
