Brenda set my wife and I up on a vacation that we had always dreamed of going. She made it very easy and relaxing. Her communication to us was amazing. She set up a zoom meeting a couple of days before we were scheduled to fly out to Cancun Mexico and went over all of the details. Her descriptions and guidance was spot on from the beginning to the end. I have used travel agents before but I have never had the care and attention to detail that Brenda put into planning our trip. It was fantastic! The resort that she set us up with was spectacular from the AMAZING resort services to the very clean beaches and pristine aqua water. Excellent services provided by Sunray Travel on a 12 days tour to Egypt with 3 nights Nile cruise. Michelle was very patient and informative during the whole booking process and follow-up all of our concerns before the trip. We were a group of 5 including 2 elderly and a 12 years old. Our trip went smoothy since we arrived to Cairo airport with a representative named Mohammed who greeted us upon arrival and we were being well looked after every step of the way. Our tour guide - Beshoy George was attentive and always accommodating to our needs. I felt safe in Egypt and the whole experience was well above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

November 2019. Our trip to Egypt was amazing from start to finish. Sun Ray Travel’s itinerary for the trip created a perfect blend of sites and highlights to see, explore and experience. From the moment we arrived in Cairo and greeted by our guide, Soliman, we were made to feel welcome to his country. He was our guide throughout Cairo and Alexandria sharing his knowledge and expertise of the pyramids, the gods, the history and the culture. We valued his insight and perspective. For our cruise along the Nile from Luxor to Aswan, our guide, Sayed, continued our journey through the history and culture of this area. He guided us through ancient temples and with his archeological background provided insight into how the discoveries were made and continue to this day. He also made us feel at home and comfortable in our travels. Honestly we didn't get what we paid for. Hotel was at really bad location, garbage everywhere. This company is all about money and not service. They take u places which r cheap but all the good places they put as an optional and charge u 4 times more money as compare to if u go on ur own. Their mandatory advance tipping is insane. U can't even go to ur room very 1st day unless u give them $100US as tips and that doesn't include ur guide tip. The guide will take u all the sky rocket shopping places for his own commission. If u buy same stuff some where else it's way cheaper. For example the perfume place he took us cost $300US as compare to outside same pack $95. But they were always on time for pick and drop. Cruise location was bad again but service and food was good and fresh.

Greetings to all!! Esp. anyone wishing to experience the highlights and the wonderful journey to Egypt and Jordan.... I have returned after a most exciting and informative sojourn to special places that I have envisioned and yearned to experience... Without any hesitation, I wish to recommend Sun Ray Travel and especially our little precious tour organizer Michelle Habib who was so professional and so caring about our trip... she went totally beyond expectations to ensure a life-time memory for us and the trip proved beyond expectations... Be it the flights, the drivers, the guides and the historic sites, all of this ensured a delightful trip that I am more than willing to recommend for other travellers wanting to savour the history, the culture, the tradition and the antiquity of these two countries... Cairo understandably was fabulous - the pyramids, the sphinx, the museums, and just the energy of this fabulous city... and then off to Hurghada, as a wonderful relaxing tourist resort to re-energize and then to journey to Luxor and all its archaeological sites...of course, the cruise on the Nile down to Aswan ( no modern cruise ship can compare to the warmth and comfort of these cruises!) ... Aswan is also a must with all the archeological sites to visit... Jordan is beyond expectations... a safe, western country in comfort and convenience, but with all the history and culture of the country... Visiting Mt Nebo and travelling along the Dead Sea is an experience unto itself... but Petra and all is glory surpasses all expectation...oh yes, and little Petra also... and finally Wadi Rum and its exciting tours.... Whoa! I can not commend Sun Ray Travel enough - definitely they have a 5 star recommendation for providing a memorable, exciting trip and I do express my gratitude and appreciation.... Bohdan

Great tour for the most part. The hotel was disappointing on the first stay. The cord on the hair dryer was frayed and the hall by our room was not swept with trash laying around. When we came back and went to a different floor it was much better. Luckily we went back to the old market area on our own and had time to really visit it. For the most part was good for what we spent.

Last month, my husband and I toured Egypt with Sun Ray Travel. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Egypt is wonderful and so were the people comprising our tour group. We now consider them friends and are hoping to find ways to meet up again. Our package was twelve days and included international and domestic flights, our hotels, breakfast everyday, a four-day cruise on the Nile and several tours in each place. In that short time, we visited the highlights of at least five cities. leaving enough free time for resting or extra optional tours. The museums and artifacts were fascinating and several of us would have appreciated even more time to explore the exhibits. Right before our eyes were priceless treasures that we'd only heard about in books. The excavations are ongoing, and bringing ancient history to light. Wall murals and hieroglyphics are well-preserved, having been buried for so many years. Soliman, our guide in Cairo, was welcoming, very personable, and well-informed about the history of the mosques, pyramids, tombs etc. that we saw. We were encouraged to ask questions and he answered them all very frankly. He was a friend rather than just a guide. We were especially fortunate to meet with his beautiful family and share a meal. While on the NIle cruise all our meals were included. In Luxor, Edfu, Kom Ombu, and Aswan, we were accompanied by another five-star guide named, Sayed who also had a wealth of knowledge to share. In Luxor, we took an optional hot air balloon ride at sunrise. An amazing experience! We chose another optional tour of Luxor in a horse-drawn calesh. We sailed in a felucca to see the Botanical Gardens and took other motorized crafts to visit a Nubian Village and attend a school lesson there.Unfortunately, our day excursion to Alexandria was cancelled due to flooding but even that did not dampen our spirits. There was always something to see and do, including a trip to the bazaar and an evening meal of delicious Egyptian food. One thing I haven't mentioned is that on this particular tour, we were accompanied by Emile from Sun Ray Travel. He is from Egypt and his personal knowledge and stories were welcomed by all of us. For Dan and I , especially, Emile's presence was a godsend because, about 2:00 a.m., in Aswan my husband, Dan, awoke with atrial fibrillation (racing heart). With Emile's help, we got an ambulance to take him to the nearby University Hospital. He was seen immediately by the Emergency doctor, and shortly after, by a cardiologist. He was admitted, and then I was no longer permitted to see him. Emile sat and talked with me all night until about 11:00 the following morning. He didn't treat me like a client, I was a friend. He spoke to the doctors for me, arranged a taxi to pick up meds the hospital required for Dan's tests, and went to see Dan and reassure me of his condition. Having only a passing familiarity with the Egyptian currency, I cannot express my gratitude for his willingness to handle the payment for the drugs, the tests, the hospital fees etc. Without him, we would have been alone in a hospital in a foreign country, unable to speak the language, I am also so grateful to him for getting me special permission to see Dan before having to leave for the day. Seeing him, for myself, sitting up and smiling eased my mind considerably. Emile also remained in contact with the hospital till evening when they released him. Dan's heart had returned to normal rhythm, and there was no evidence of a heart attack or any damage. Michelle, at Sun Ray, contacted Emile several times, concerned for Dan and I. She also called Dan directly after we had landed in Toronto to know that he was alright. Their concern and assistance went beyond anything you could reasonably expect from your travel agent. We highly recommend our new friends, Emile, Michelle, and Sun Ray Travel for any travel needs you may have. They don't come any better.

We just came back from an Egypt trip booked through Michelle at Sunray/Lotus Holidays.Prior to booking with Michelle we read reviews and one poster had a negative view and really said some things that has us worried.I do not know the circumstances but after our tour I am wondering if this person did not create her own issues and was just a plain miserable traveller(LOL). So here is my review...We booked with Michelle.(1) Price point (2) Direct flight Egypt air....both 1 and 2 were fantastic. The hotel Barcello Pyramids was excellent..very nice and staff was friendly.(You can read review of Barcello on trip advisor).Its in Giza which is lively(the whole of Cairo is lively)..and restaurants are 1 minute walks...great and people are great. The nile cruise was over and beyond 5 star in my opinion on the Royal Esadora....and trip back to Cairo and home just fantastic. The tour manger/guide/contact person in Egypt Mr. George Beshoy was with us all the way...this was unbelieveable and really we did not expect someone who was so detailed and caring. We have travelled extensively to lots of other countries but this trip organised by Michelle is..TOPS...no sugar coating... We are planning Morocco and Michelle /Sunray/Lotus Holidays will be rlied upon to duplicate Egypt... Egypt is as safe as it gets..very very very safe...go enjoy

Team of unprofessional employees. We've been contacting them and booked a trip to Egypt during February for May but the agent, *Veronica Asaad* made plenty and various mistakes, also unprofessional to a certain degree. As soon as the tickets were booked, we had to persistently ask for the tickets to be mailed AND emailed to us and *Veronica* would insist that she sent both (ongoing for about 1 month) which was not the case. After several months, during the last week of April, we finally got the tickets and we were relieved. A couple of weeks later, at the airport before boarding, we were denied access into the terminal because *Veronica* wrote completely different names for both expected travelers. From this confusion, we called the agency and *Michelle* picked up. *Michelle* began to raise her voice which evolved into yelling and became extremely rude, not just towards us, but to the supervisor of the airline as *Michelle* was persistent that we had no other option than to cancel the ticket, and pay the agency a $400-500 fee for cancellation. ADDITIONALLY, *Michelle* offered us other tickets for the same flight, same seat for $5,000 through the same agency, a 400% increase from the original ticket price we paid for. Thankfully, due to the wonderful supervisor of turkish airlines, we were able to get the seat for a much more reasonable price and we will make sure that Sun Ray Travel will never be the agency we use to book flights again. _____________________ DISCLAIMER: I am not bashing anyone, instead I am warning potential customers what you could potentially go through. If you are ready to deal with discrepancies of these sort, then continue your business and if not, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We were met by Beshoo El-Moteiy at Cairo airport. He was to be our guide for the whole trip. He was a great embassador for Eygpt, his knowledge of the Eygption history immense.
