The sales rep didn’t disclose cancellation and change terms prior to purchase , Gave a good rate and I confirmed, one day later when I wanted to cancel my trip due to an unforeseen situation they made me to pay more than 500 cad for the cancellation fees! Ridiculous

Purchase two air India ticket from one of the agent. I paid extra money for preferable seat and get charged on credit card,agent told me yes all good ,when show up at the check in counter seats are not confirmed.Air India didn't want to answer as agent book a ticket.when I call Skyrout agent first they didn't respond my call and kept avoid me. after several attempts they give most irresponsible answer like..oh air India didn't answer us or reply on email how can I refund your money..I even spoke with one of the owner but no luck..if owner not responsible then how come agent do their job.the worse thing Is now agent gave me all air India emails and want me to fight with them for my refund..air India don't want to talk to me as this ticket book by Skyrout..anyways do not book ticket with this guys..after purchase they don't care.. most unprofessional, unreliable and irresponsible ticket agent ever I saw..

My dad has been using them for OVER A DECADE. He recently passed away so I inquired about a refund for half of a return ticket that he wouldn't be using anymore. I was told the one way ticket cost as much as a return ticket so there was no possibility for a refund. After inquiring directly with the airline they said the travel agency could have inquired/offered a refund and instead the airline offered a refund of over $500. The airline needed proof of death and proof of next in kin, which the travel adgent didn't ask for so it seems the travel adgent didn't bother or just assumed there wasn't going to be a refund. SkyRoute Travel was very apologetic about the loss in family but didn't actually want to go to the headache of helping out the family in this difficult time. I expected more from a travel agency one that we have been using since 2005.

They make the plans with you and help you get the best for your money. I can’t wait until we are able to travel again and have Skyroute help plan the destination! My whole family always book from Skyroute travel. My ticket got changed and nothing was written for luggage allowances. So I just called to confirm. And the Person I talked to was RESHMA. I explained her the situation. and mentioned to her that ticket was issued by Sheetal but she is on vacation that's why I am calling so someone can confirm luggage. From the beginning she was very rude. Gave her my confirmation number. She said she is not able to find anything!! Does she know how to look first? Then I told her if that's the issue I can forward you the ticket which I received from Skyroute. To which she said that I should email Sheetal!! I politely told her but she is on vacation and I don't want to bug someone when they are on vacation!! Finally she gave me her email! that too wrong and in rude way!! What did I do wrong? I just wanted my travel services to confirm my luggage? Is it too hard? I paid my fees! and after all this this is what I am getting! Finally she told it's 1 luggage! so I asked her can you check if I need add luggage at another airport also? To which she rudely said that I don't know when you book by your own you will see!! And if you have any questions email Sheetal. I don't know anything about this! After this she hung up. She also said I don't know how to send email!! Well Reshma I am from IT and I know how to send an email! Skyroute travel just lost me and 6 members of my Family! Plus another relatives and friends who now I will ask not book from Skyroute!

I am not among those people .who give bad review about services . But today I want to share my experience about customer service of these people. These people treated us like they are giving free ticket to us . They do not know how to behave with client. So I suggest better not to go with such agency who don’t know about how to talk with client . It was pathetic experience.
