Went by here today to get a couple guides and Janice helped me out. She is AMAZING! Not only did she give me some great information on travel in the area, but she supplied me with Sault Ste. Marie specific information as a new resident since I just moved to the area. Sights, restaurants, trails, the works! Even went over a local map of the area too. Just such a pleasant experience and nice welcome to the area. I'll definitely be back for additional information for future trips.

Great place to pick up local information. The employees are very nice and helpful. Good job. They do not exchange currency. You have to go to a casino or a money exchange outlet. Kind of a letdown. Other than that, you should visit this location.

Staff is rude and arrogant. Planning a trip to Indonesia and the worker wasted my time warning me about "Muslims". Typical small minded Sault business. Under qualified travel agents off the street. The inside of the business was clean.

This travel center is at a great location. It is just a block up from crossing the International Bridge. They have many free brochures and maps of all of Ontario, and the staff is very helpful. I will be back when I need more information.

We stopped in for help in planning a day driving trip. The very helpful and caring staff sent us on a beautiful and scenic ride up to Lake Superior. All of the sights to see and stop at were identified. They even suggested a great place to have dinner upon our arrival back in Sault Ste Marie. A very memorable day. Thank You!
