We recently had a very bad experience with Mal at this location. From the beginning her communication skills were lacking , condescending and rude. She made no effort to sell us what we actually wanted and we had to initiate all the discussion regarding upgrades or additional features. After numerous requests we decided to upgrade and paid an extra $500 per person only to arrive at the resort and we were told that the upgrade wasn't guaranteed and that it was only a request. We tried to call Mal 5 times from the resort after learning this and no one answered the phone, there was no ongoing support which is what a travel agent preaches to offer to their clients. When I finally got in touch with Mal via email she confirmed that it was only a request to book an upgrade, so she sold us a package of upgrades with the hopes of getting them? We spent our first night in a room with double beds and then had to move rooms so spent the first half day of our vacation dealing with all of this. Other people in our party that didn't request an upgrade had nicer accommodations than we did. Since returning Mal does not want to take any responsibility for her mistakes and will do nothing to make this right.

They're very helpful if you're looking to travel

Untrustworthy. This location hands out travel vouchers that they do not honour. Other people with the same voucher as I received also said their vouchers were not honoured. Watch out.
