Booked an appointment, two weeks in advanced, with their recommendation to speak to their Bali specialist about booking my wife's and mine honeymoon. Our appointment was for 11am Saturday, we get there and they seemed confused on who we booked our appointment with. Once we had it figured out it turns out the travel advisor we were supposed to meet with had taken a walk in client over a booked appointment. Me and my wife were shocked by the lack of organization and unprofessionalism , they offered to take our information to call us when the advisor would be free. We did not get a call back until 3:00pm, they apologized and offered to stay late, but at this point my wife and i were already frustrated and had errands that we had to do. All in all it was not a very pleasant experience considering the reviews we had read.
