Extremely rude employees, absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I called to inquire about trip details in an emergency situation while my mother was traveling with them and the owner hung up on me twice, after yelling at me for 10 minutes. She was absolutely clueless but yet extremely rude; never listened to my questions, just yelling at me that they are a great company and they know what they are doing. After you have booked and paid for the entire trip, they also ask for a few hundred dollars of tip BEFORE the trip begins. Apparently this money is for "the tips for the guides", but it's very suspicious. You don't have a choice to pay it, otherwise you can't leave. And you never know where the money goes. My mother just returned from a trip with them and said everyone was very unsatisfied with how the trip was organized and how they were treated. Some of them tried to make some recommendations to change a few things and were yelled at by the guide, the owner's daughter. Really don't recommend. Stay away.
